Nancy Drew
Nancy Drew, the resourceful teen detective, leaves her friendly hometown of River Heights for the West Coast and enrolls at Hollywood High School. There, her unique personal style immediately sets her apart from her self-absorbed, fast-living peers, especially reigning fashionistas Inga and Trish, who can't quite figure her out but know that everything about her is different--from her super-smarts and retro manners to her perfect picnic lunches and penny loafers. Their less-than-warm reception might bother the average new girl in town, but not Nancy. She has more important things to think about--namely, a brand new mystery. Even though she promised her worried Dad that she'd quit the "sleuthing" business, it isn't long before Nancy gets a lead on one of the greatest unsolved cases of all time: the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of famous actress Dehlia Draycott. It happens that the Drews are staying in the former Draycott mansion, long reputed to be haunted and now a site where some very strange things have been happening. How could she resist?

I'll go first since it did such wonders last weekend
1. Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (hey wait weren't most people dissapointed in our first movie, oh well we can still sell them one or two more times before they realize we are beating the comic movie trend to death)- 50.11 million
2. Ocean's Thriteen (hey please please please remember how good Eleven was so we can sell some more tickets)- 17.48 mil
3. Knocked Up (hey were still funny, we are still ruining the summer sequel mood so take that Johnny Depp)- 14.35 mil
4. Nancy Drew (dude girls make up %50 of the population we can sell them a Nancy Drew movie that won't do to well but just well enough to make up our girl quote of 1 girlie movie to every 25 summer boys movies, boys rule)- 12.22 mil
5. Pirates of the %50 drop offs- 11.11 mil

I shoulda sayed with my original number for FF2, but I dropped it down yesterday because I heard so many people UNinterested in going to see it...I figured lowballing might be a better tactic.
If FF2 gets 55.07M I'm gonna be very irritable.

I would not worry about that. It's likely to be close to $60M.
Good opening for Silver Surfer. Otherwise some big drops again, except for Knocked Up which is holding really well.

Not sure how FF4 did so well, to me it looks terrible. I guess this is coming from somebody who hated the original. I am glad I changed my Nancy Drew pick. I read the crowd reports and new it wasn't going to crack the top 5.

Cool, not sure what Evan Almighty will do. I am thinking right now it is going to be the bomb of the summer. The final trailer for it was horrible. It didn't look funny at all and it showed off 75% of the movie.
