Do not hotlink images from other sites.
You may link to them, but do not use image tags if they are not hosted on a host you own or have free access to (aka photobucket).
All such images will be cleaned up by the staff but if you do it continually there will be some consequences.
Signatures all must be 30k or less in file size. No exceptions. You'll get a warning, and anyone (nearly) here can re-size your signatures for you. Ask in the Starving Artist forum if you need help. But repeated offenses despite warnings and offers to help will lead to bad things happening to your account, aka you will lose signature priviledges for your accounts.
