I hope Hostel 2 bombs. That movie just looks horrible and not just plot wise, some of the things done to the characters in this movie are just unbelievable.

It looks purely speculative. Add as much gore and sadistic violence as possible without getting NC-17 rated basically. I hope it bombs too.

To me the Hostel movies make the Saw movies look like Disney movies. The movie is out there on the net (it got leaked somehow) and I read a detailed review of the movie on David Poland's site and I don't know how it didn't get a NC-17 unless they had cut a lot of the stuff out of that version.

I will probably count it. No grosses were up that early, at least not by a respectable site.
Anyway here are friday Numbers according to SBD, Mojo is similar although every film is lower in their estimates
1. OCEAN'S THIRTEEN WARNER BROS. 3,565 12,438,000 3,489 n/a 12,438,000
2. PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: AT WORLD'S END BVI 4,002 6,215,000 1,553 n/a 238,585,000
3. KNOCKED UP UNIVERSAL 2,877 6,195,000 2,153 n/a 52,422,000
4. SURF'S UP SONY 3,528 5,786,000 1,640 n/a 5,786,000

10. GRACIE PICTURE HOUSE 1,093 164,000 150 n/a 2,110,000

Man I really overestimated Surf's up. A week ago I thought it would do low 20's but then I went by crowd reports and such and it looked like it might hit 30 this weekend. It looks my first reaction was the correct one. Oceans did okay probably 33-34 million which is lower than I thought. Pirates took another dive. Also nobody got the fifth film right. I am actually glad Hostel 2 bombed though. That film just looks horrible.

I was surprised more because you were so low with Surf's Up and Knocked up I figured you wouldn't do well, but every movie, except for Pirates, really didn't live up to what the rest of us thought. Even Oceans 13 I am going to win that, more out of default.
