1001 Free Fonts (http://www.1001freefonts.com/) - A very good site for all manner of free fonts.

Massassi Order Fonts (http://massassi.yavin4.com/sw/mmfont.htm) - A collection of some snazzy Star Wars fonts, including a few SW alien font characters.

Tommy of Escondito's Alien Font Page (http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/4965/index.html) - Has a collection of fonts ranging from Star Wars to Stargate to V. This one has a TON of different fonts, so definitely explore it!

Erikstormtrooper's Imperial Gallery (http://www.erikstormtrooper.com/fonts.htm) - A good collection of Star Wars fonts.

Most of these fonts should be free for commercial use, but check the readme files.

unzip them and drop them into the 'fonts' folder which can be found in the control panel. Next time you start up photoshop, they'll be in your fontlist.

Multiple lists of free to use fonts. I squeed all over the place when I found this, so I figured others might as well. :3
