What is the technological state of Onderon?

I've always pictured Onderon as being rather more primitive than it is. In Knights of the Old Republic II, Onderon does not appear all that technologically imparred, but in more recent times they seemed more primitive; using beasts as vehicles and all that.

So, I'm just curious as to what their technological levels are, if anyone can fill me in?

It's probably a pretty vibrant mix. There will be more broken things and substitues with more primitive options and very jury rigged cars with splashes of fine, working tech.

I'd say Morgan is correct - with the newer tech being used by the upper class/wealthy traders/The Royals people of the City, and the older, patched tech used by everyone else.
