I just saw gas priced at 3.28 a gallon for regular. :x

This thread is not for people from other countries to make fun of the Americans. If you do I will remove the offending post and then paddle your bottoms.

In Newport News, VA it was 2.70ish a week ago, which was the last time I drove. I'll get definitive numbers tomorrow, including numbers up around DC. Still, it seems like a couple months ago it was a 1.95.

Our gas was ten cents cheaper yesterday. And no one seems to have a good reason as to why Oregon's gas prices keep going up when the national average is going down.

And I drive 45-75 miles a day for work. Its getting to be a real financial burden. :x

I'm paying $0.00. Because there's nowhere I can't get to on bike, and I enjoy the excercise.

Like Shawn, I pay nothing for gas. My bicycle, although old and beat up, get's me where I need to go most of the time. Cheaper and healthier, even if it takes longer. At least I ain't payin' an arm and a leg for gas, and my first born for premium.

Huzzah for the little men!

I wish I could ride my bike to work :\ I mean, I could, but it's an issue of safety where I live, and the route I take to work can be dangerous even in a car.

^ Seconded, I am sure I could make it down the mountain fine, back up would take me a a few years. That and I can't get two kids to school on a bike. :(

Gotta use one of those three-person bikes, Raz. That way the whole family gets exercise. As for the hill... Well, I'd suggest walking your bike up it.

Gas powered bicycle? Better known as a motorcycle? Oh, wait. That's just not the same, is it? Darn...

Maybe if you had a drivers license then you could talk about your 'choice' to ride a bike, Zereth. ;)

$1.50 to the City (NYC, Path Trains).
$7.00 to home (NJTransit Trains).
$4.00 anywhere in Hoboken (Taxi).
$0.00 A Pied.

I saw some stations charging around $2.83 in Jersey.

Stupid military-industrial complex. I won't get into it hear; but, we can blame the government for these fuel issues.
