She was awesome :) One of the first people I ever RPed with when I showed up, Blake actually lived near me while I was still in Seattle. I remember her being pregnant and giving birth to twins, and also being offered a cook position at a restaurant because she loved to cook. We used to email eachother back and forth, but eventually I lost touch with her and haven't heard hide nor hair of her since my Seattle days :(

LOL, I met Scorpion in the chat rooms going on 8 years ago now. He is the one who original got me to register for the boards and lured me out of the chats. He was Raz's first Master and for a very long time my very most favorite person to talk to and roleplay with. He always made me smile and if I had listened to him more often than I did I could have avoided some serious issues with some people.. :lol He is a good guy and even if he dosen't show up ever again, I will always miss him! But... Like me he is fond of disappearing and making a sudden and dramatic return.

Morino Ryu - Allot of you probably don't know him, he use to be one of dalethria's students back in the tse days and my best friend IRL. He gave rping for several reason one he needed to spend more time finding a job and two Table top rp was more his style. I tried to get him to come back several times he just didn't stick with it saddly. He is also the one to Blame for my first character Blade Ice when he dragged me here and then after split of TSE and fans told me to ask dalethria to help me get involved at fans. ( I was scared of Dale sorsha and ogre mind you at that point and time. lol)

Shabby - For the life of me I can not remember her first characters name that was at TSE. However she is also to blame for Blade Ice's existence cause she brought Morino Ryu here and he in turn Brought Blade here. She was cool as hell and scare living daylights out of me half the time. But I miss her so very much.

I also miss the JD crew - I wasn't a member but I often times hung out at there little side board they had and just chilled with them. They had much insanity going on at that old board.

Daiquiri - The best dang thing to ever happen to Vega. He didn't deserve a wife like that. lol had many god conversations with her. Also threaten to take over fasq and claim her as my own wife. lol

Ogre - *shakes fist* still around but not rping anymore. For shame you still owe blade another chance at you after what you did to blade. :p

Marcus got caught up in Real Life and Real Life divorce. Unfortunatly, as much as I really loved being utterly insane and writing, there is no way I can devote resources and time to anything else other than the shallow and narrow tracked person I've become, be it in the work hours, lack of a social life or vague attempts to go racing.

Altho dont get me wrong, most days I know how life's been a blessing. But finding a social balance has become very hard.

edit : Too many memories sometimes. I dont read old roleplays because they might be well written or have good ideas, but there's too much that gets a bit too close to things in the past that I never really want to touch on again.

Like a lot of people, I used to write a fair degree of what I wanted myself to be into various characters. There was a day when I thought I didnt have anything else to write, so I left. And I was fully intending to stay away until what I thought was the woman I would be with decided she preferred someone else's bed. That's even now hurts to say that and I absolutly hate feeling that. I cant understand how that lingers and catches me out when I least expect it. This place, seeing the old images and even Aragorn isnt pleasant with what it brings back. The thing is, I'm used to taking on my problems absolutly head on, so why not Helen?

Maybe I've begun to and basically doing what Aussies would say - just damn well deal with it. We're kinda a lot like that.

But why on earth did I ever come back?

The reason is within this thread. The simple fact when all hell broke lose in my personal life, there were peopel who decided they would listen and help. Chris is probably one of the very few people who understands me fairly well and what motivates me, Christin knows that I love to talk and despite my lack of typing skill, am in fact intelligent, generally quiet and thoguhtful. Charley knows I love BIG bangs.

I've taken Mandy out on NYE, I've also had soemone from here over to Australia as a girlfriend. I've been stalked three times by girls / women here (no, I'm not joking either) I've argued, fought, laughed, entertained and been part of quite community. I was once a signifigant early part of the development of SW-Fans and it's precusors, schemed and plotted, but in general just had more fun online here than anywhere else.

Will I stay forever? Of course I wont. I'm surprised I'm still here in many ways as life in the main is busy and quite serious. I am pretty much focused on racing and while I hardly ever mention what I do anymore.... I'll break my rule about saying too much say that I've got a partner as such, I have geek backup, I charge highly signifigant amounts an hour for my services ($132 per hour it begins - I've pulled 330 per hour) and have a good and expanding pool of clients. On the weekend I managed my first absolute flogging in a race where I simply blitzed the field.

By no means are things absolutly great - but I sense that for the first time in a long time I've got myself pointing in the right direction and I can truly make somethign of life again. I'm back at a church, I believe in the Lord and Christ, which is no easy feat for a divorced man. I thank the Lord for His strength because I dont know where I woudl be without it.

And Stig. Cats rule and Stiggy has gotten even bigger. Somehow.... which doesnt seem possible but he is.

What prompted this was chatting to another SW-Fans poster (whom I will refuse to name) who soem hwo managed to touch a few raw nerves I didnt know I had and made me realise I hadnt been facing a few thigns I should be and that I should stop being so obstinately single and MAKE time for a social life, because women should be part of my life. And so here I am..... and yet agan this place means somethign in my life.

Lord, i write some crap somedays, dont I? Ahhh well, I tend to be a much better human being when I wear my true colours on my sleeve and just go have some fun.

(Have I really been stalked three times??????? Good grief. Maybe the next stalker will be in luck, if she dont mind beign as dirty as my rally car)

I'll break my rule about saying too much say that I've got a partner as such, I have geek backup, I charge highly signifigant amounts an hour for my services ($132 per hour it begins - I've pulled 330 per hour) and have a good and expanding pool of clients. On the weekend I managed my first absolute flogging in a race where I simply blitzed the field.

By no means are things absolutly great - but I sense that for the first time in a long time I've got myself pointing in the right direction and I can truly make somethign of life again. I'm back at a church, I believe in the Lord and Christ, which is no easy feat for a divorced man. I thank the Lord for His strength because I dont know where I woudl be without it.

And Stig. Cats rule and Stiggy has gotten even bigger. Somehow.... which doesnt seem possible but he is.

What prompted this was chatting to another SW-Fans poster (whom I will refuse to name) who soem hwo managed to touch a few raw nerves I didnt know I had and made me realise I hadnt been facing a few thigns I should be and that I should stop being so obstinately single and MAKE time for a social life, because women should be part of my life. And so here I am..... and yet agan this place means somethign in my life.

Lord, i write some crap somedays, dont I? Ahhh well, I tend to be a much better human being when I wear my true colours on my sleeve and just go have some fun.
