Calling all Artists! Banner Competition!

Heck even if you aren't an artist come join us! It doesn't take much to throw something together in Photoshop, so feel free to have fun too.

I've got prizes from the last competition that Holly and I tried to put together, and I'm getting tired of looking at them. So, I'm going to turn to you all for help.

This is a banner contest. Nothing huge, big, or whatever. Just something fun for everyone to participate in and win some Star Wars swag (admittedly not a lot of swag, but still) - a SW action figure (Commander Baccarra), some Galactic Heroes, and some candy tins. I don't recommend eating the candy, but the holographic/whatever tins are pretty darn spiffy.

I will need:

Three judges
1. Miranda
2. Wyl
3. Liam


The judges are not allowed to participate, so please keep that in mind.


Rules:

- The banner must be about a member of SWF. You can choose up to 3 members to make banners for.

- Content-wise, the banners can pretty much be about anything, though off the wall and non sequitur are probably the most fun. Perhaps something that the member(s) of your choice has/have said that is particularly funny or just plain odd.

- If you are having trouble coming up with something for one of the members you have chosen, I recommend either IMing or PMing them. Maybe they have a funny story or two - or even photos - to help you out.

- 'SW-Fans.net' has to be somewhere on the banner.

- You can work with two sizes: 468x60 or 500x100.

Yup. One member per banner, with a limit of three members/banners. If you only want to do one, that's fine. If you want to do two or three, that's fine also :)

Should the member's name be on the banner somewhere? And looking at your examples I assume there is no standardized size, but do you want them all to be the same size?

Only include the name if you wish. It's optional.
