Toran walked into the lounge and made a line straight for the bar. Boy did he hate being grounded, planet leave to him was like staying at home with the in-laws, unbearable. Still if he was a bad boy he might get it cancelled and he could get back into space. The more appealing scenerio would be that the Rebellion decided to make an offensive against a system and everyone was called back to their units, Toran could just hop onto the nearest Star Destroyer and hey presto. Also the good thing about such a scenerio is the possibility of medals, promotions and all of that. He hadn't been a lieutenant long but still his dream would be to command a Super Star Destroyer, but that would be for sometime unfortunately. Grabbing his drink he went to sit down at one of the tables and sank into one of the chairs surrounding it.
"Here's to a swift return to the stars."

Chipper was in exceptionally good spirits in the lounge tonight, but that was probably due to the three shots of Corellian whiskey in her system. And that was merely to just get her in the mood to drink! Now she was nursing an ale at the bar counter and wondering where the hell Shooter went off to. Her Flight Commander was supposed to meet her here for drinking, merryment and beating up some grunts if the situation presented itself.

The drink certainly wasn't going down the way he wanted, perhaps it was simply the quantity that needed changing rather than the actual product. Heading back to the bar he noticed a new individual sitting there, looked like she was waiting for someone or something too. Grabbing a stool next to her he caught the attention of the barkeep.
"Can I get something a little stronger over here! ........ Yeah, that'll do and something for the lady!"

Chipper really didn't notice the guy that walked passed her, but the sound of steel upon steel moving closer to her was like the sound of ol' Lucky's voice causing pain to shoot down her spine. Of course, this might not be some guy trying to pick her up.
She shot a glance in his direction and frowned. He was Navy, not a pilot. She didn't like him already.
"Yeah, that'll do and something for the lady!"
Course her opinion of him changed rather quickly. Who could pass up free alcohol?
The bartender put down an ale for Aliya, who raised it upwards in cheers. "Thanks."

Bette Davis was still pulling her black hair up into a ponytail as she entered the Lounge. Her flight jacket was unzipped, and she adjusted her dark grey tanktop while she looked around for Aliya. Chippy was meeting her for drinks, and after the day Bette had had she was ready to cut loose. Maybe even meet someone new.
The pickings looked a bit slim - lots of runny-nosed momma's boys fresh from the Academy. Even some cadets. Where was a newly promoted Lieutenant when you needed one? They knew how to party.
Spotting her fellow pilot by the bar, Shooter strode over, pretending not to notice the wake of stares she recieved as she passed by the tables. These new pants were a little tight, but in all the right places.
