For few years there were some people around my house that would light cats on fire, cut off their tails, poke out their eyes.. This is why my kitties have always been indoor cats :(

My mom works a postal route. One day she saw a little five year old kid that had a little kitten tied to a length of string, and was whirling the kitten around his head like it was part of a cowboy lasso that he was getting ready to lasso some cow with. She quickly put a stop to it, and the kitten, which was still alive, crawled away into the bushes.
