Finor Ztnnova was born on the planet of Kuan in the year 29 BBY to the parents of Jedi Ganyc and his secret wife Doqueen. The two met and were married 5 years early after Ganyc was sent to Kuan by the Jedi council to investigate a series of murders. Ganyc hoped to bring his new wife to Coruscant but Donqueen was afraid to leave her rural planet. The two lived apart until Donqueen became pregnant. After the birth of Finor, Ganyc convinced the Jedi council to station him on Kuan as part of the planetary defense force.
Ganyc was aware of his son’s strong force connection soon after his birth. Ganyc felt that his son would be a powerful Jedi with the proper training. Finor should a great understanding of the force; quickly mastering force powers such as force seeing, force push and telekinesis. Ganyc instructed his son in the ways of the Jedi until his death in 22BBY in the Battle of Geonosis.
After her husband’s death, Donqueen and her son left Kuan for Dantooine. On Dantooine, Finor continued his Jedi training until The Great Jedi Purge in 19BBY. Danqueen forbid her son to practice the way of the Jedi because she was afraid her son would suffer the same fate of his father.
At the age of 22, Finor’s mother passed away. It was soon after her death that Finor began his reconnection with the teachings of the Jedi and constructed his lightsaber. In his mid twenties, utilizing his force abilities, Finor began a successful career as a bounty hunter. Finor specialized in finding kidnapped family members of wealthy merchants and politicians. Finor’s abilities as a bounty hunter sent him all over the outer rim territories.
