Figure I try a poll here, you can use this to discuss your favorite of the summer movies as well.

It's depressing how few of these I've seen - only Da Vinci Code, Mission Impossible 3 and Over The Hedge :(

Snakes on a Plane, Sam Jackson, can't say much else.

Beerfest might just come out on top. I haven't seen it yet, but I enjoy Broken Lizard films quite a bit.

I am really surprised how many votes SR has gotten. I thought POTC 2 was going to win in a landslide. For SR was my third favorite after POTC 2 and X3.

Nonsense. POTC2 and X3 don't hold a candle to SR! :mad

I've seen them all, nothing really blew me away this summer. It was an ok summer, lots of fun movies bit nothing spectacular. My two favorite movies of the year are still V for Vendetta and Thank You for Smoking.

Some noticable you missed were Little Miss Sunshine, the Descent and poseidon.

My favorite of the summer would probably be Pirates 2

Don't feel bad Jen, I haven't seen any of the movies on that list :)

I enjoyed everything to one extent or another this summer, with Superman Returns being my top movie. But POTC2 is a close, close second.

Also loved Over The Hedge and Snakes on a Plane, and I liked X3 despite its flaws.

I went to see Pirates twice. It was the only movie I went out of my way not to miss. The last one was Chronicles of Narnia.

I had to vote for Over the Hedge because that's the only one I remember seeing. ^.^;

As odd as it sounds, The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift. I went in with very low expectations, just ready for a decent movie. But I thoroughly enjoyed the storyline, and the cars were awesome. POTC2 is next, for me. Then Superman.

But..If Underworld: Evolution counts, that's definitely my favorite. If it counts!

I'm not much of a Superman fan, but I have to admit, seeing it in Imax a couple weeks back was pretty impressive, though I had to go with Cars. It was absolutely awesome. Pirates, X-Men, and Over the Hedge we also all good.
