I was introduced by Drin Kizael in 2000/01, I think, after talking with him about wanting to write more fiction stuff. I lurked for like an hour, getting used to the board itself, then registered and introduced myself.

I still remember Dani's first comment about me, "I've heard of you!"

Seems like the proper place because I literally don't know anyone here. I stumbled across this place via Google because I was sick of not being able to rp Star Wars anymore since Yahoo imploded due to a multitude of perverts. I've been rping around 13-14 years off an on, and started back on TalkCity/MSN based groups. I'm told a good number of people here are from those old days, though I doubt we'd remeber each other. Anyways, my AIM screen name is Circleofdemons, I'm always open for RP and have three, or four charecter ideas off the top of my head. I'm very friendly, and always willing to write.

It's still very much in its infancy stages and the more, the merrier...

I didn't come from the Allspark, but I was the Allspark link. IE: everyone that came to this board from the Allspark ending up here cause of me. Sounds like like I'm tooting my own horn, but this is in fact true.

Here is how the story goes.

I actually ended up here around June of 1999. I posted under the name of Jedi Rama at the time and stuck to the Replica Prop section mostly. It wasn't until around August that I came into the RP section of the board. I found this place through like Google. It was totally random.

Now how the Allspark got tied up in all of this was that just before Christmas 1999, while out shopping, I stumbled into a Hot Topic and they had a cool "Autobot" sticker that I bought bringing back all kinds of childhood memories. This started to get me thinking about Transformers and so I searched eZboard (which SWFANS was on at the time) for boards that had to deal with Transformers and that's how I stumbled into the Allspark.

I then met Nuriko and we started to hang out in a free for all kind of sub-forum called "Beast Mayhem." (all the forums were named "Beast" something cause the current show at the time was Beast Machines.) which I actually think is still there to this day. We become a kind of popular duo over there (got a best on-screen Duo Allspark award to prove it), her more then me. I knew I would always be the Garfunkel to her Simon. She had boobs. I didn't. On a board full of guys that will always make you more popular.

Most people started coming over here cause I had a link in my sig back to this place. That's where the first link between the two boards happened. A lot of people made the jump afterward through word of mouth, buddies and what not that didn't have anything to do with me. But the first connection of this board and that one was due to my first posting over there.

And in an odd bit of Trivia the sig link almost never made it on the board as I actually had the screen name "Hoist" (a G1 Transformer) for my first couple posts and I just started to get to lazy to log out and log in every time I went over and just started using my Rama Sha account there as well.

And now you know...the rest of the story. Good day.

We have hints, but nothing specific. ;) if you have questions about getting involved in RPing you can ask in the RPing discussion forum, or if you are interested in a specific group (Rebellion, Jedi, Dark siders, Imps) you can post on the group boards near the bottom of the forums. The Discussion forum will probably grab the most eyes though, so I'd start there!

We have Star Wars and non-SW RPing, you should check out the Wiki if you haven't already. There is a lot of info there about the different scenarios and timelines, especially SW. :)
