Ruled by the Garou, and now in more recent times also a Sabbat stronghold, Russia has a lot of history in the World of Darkness.
The Silver Fang Garou have relinquished their hold on the major cities of Russia to the Sabbat for unknown reasons. The elderly Queen does not explain herself and the younger werewolves are too busy suspecting and fighting amongst themselves to mount a real threat against the now intrenched Kindred.
