Okay, this is so obscure, I fully expect to be jeered, shot weird looks, and finally laughed off the Forums, but this has been driving me up a wall for months. Here goes:

I need to know the name of a movie. I watched it while I was in grade school--so, mid-nineties somewhere. During a period sometime in here, Nickelodeon showed made-for-tv movies in a prime-time block they called "Nick Flicks." (I'm talking about the made-for-tv variety, now, not the Nickelodeon company's film division) During this time (which was likely summer), they showed a movie set in the far-distant future. The lead characters were all young teens, and I can only remember a couple distinguishing points:

1. The sky was orange, due to pollution. The kids had heard stories that, somewhere, you could actually see blue sky, and wanted to find this mythical place. They did find it, in the end.
2. They rode around on some species of hoverboard or solar sailer board or something.

Did anybody else see this? I've looked high and low for a title and come up dry. I'm beginning to think I hallucinated the whole thing...
