Calling: All Inactive/Other Chars?

Another call. I was wondering if any characters were out there that are inactive, and are in need of activity. If so, I have a thread that could help with resparking those characters. It's very wide open, because Yousei is a very open character.

Also, I was wondering if there were any characters out there that would be available 10 years before BE? If so, then please post here. I was hoping to get my thread to keep rolling, because the next move would involve some more interaction beyond my own character.

I got a character, Saburo Imai, who is in desperate need of being active again. He's a very neutral character, so I am not sure if he would actually fit in with anything you would want to do, but he is certainly available. ^_^
