You would RP in the Star Wars Roleplaying Forum (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=7). And in the state of the Galaxy, there is no specific restrictions on the characteristics of any Jedi.

Time could easily shift even the straightest of arrows, especially since your character seems to be a survivor of Order 66 and Purge. Blending in with the population could easily have an effect on some of the greatest of Jedi, otherwise they would not blend and simply not be recognized at all. Which would be the case of Obi-Wan, at least in my opinion. He was considered an outcast because of his irregular behavior to the normal population.
