An old Imperial Assault Shuttle streaked gracefully through hyperspace. The ship resembled the Lambda-class T-4a shuttle, only instead of being gray color it was black and possessed stronger armor plating and weapons systems. Twenty passengers and eight crew men could be fitted uncomfortably in the ship with just enough space to move and sleep. This made the vessel a prime candidate for ship boarding operations. But this was no imperial controlled ship. On the dorsal fin like wing that protruded from the top of the ship was an odd symbol. Most would look at the ship design and expect an imperial symbol etched into the durasteel hull. But instead a rose, stenciled in red, sat on either side of the dorsal wing. Who or what the Red Rose signified was unknown, perhaps it was just a way of telling others that the ship was not under Imperial Control.

Regardless of it's appearances; the ship emerged from hyperspace over the green and brown planet of Onderon. From space the vessel's pilots could see the clouds float across the atmosphere like wisps of smoke. The ship dropped down and entered the atmosphere on a direct course for the largest, and only, city on Onderon; Izzy.

Once within range of the traffic control tower the communications officer hailed the tower, "This is the Morning Star requesting permission to land in Izzy City," The office said over the comm system. The tower's standard reply came back and it took several minutes for the crew of the Morning Star to answer all the questions, such as their purpose on Onderon and where they will be staying. All of those silly questions were answered and the ship was cleared to land.

The Morning Star Set down on landing bay 2c, it's side wings folding upwards as it's sublight engines were disengaged and it's thrusters activated. It floated down on to the landing pat and set down on it's landing struts. The engines were shut off and the air was filled with the low hum and pinging noises of hot engines cooling. A landing ramp was extended and the door at the top of the ramp slid open with a hiss. A few bits of steam and smoke escaped as the air from inside the ship mixed with the air outside it. The ship remained still for a few moments before anyone even emerged from the ship.

A pair of humanoids stepped out. Their bodies were wrapped in robes of black and crimson with hoods over their heads and their faces hidden within the resulting shadow. The two humanoids moved out and stood before the ship like sentinels. Two more identically robed humanoids stepped out and took position on the sides of the vessel. Now from the ship stepped a woman. Her hair was black and her eyes green, her lips were purple and her face heavy with makeup. Her outfit* was of bizarre design. It was made of black cloth, black leather, and black fur. It hung off the shoulders and was quite revealing. The sleeves were long and the end of the skirt when down past her feet and dragged behind her. It was robe like in texture and material, but it had a more elegant look that gave it a more regal bearing.

Her black hair was done nicely with two rods sticking in to it from different angles. Several necklaces of different designs decorated her neck and many silver rings glittered on her fingers. She swept out of the ship like she owned the planet, her green eyes moving about slowly; taking everyone in yet revealing nothing. Four more crimson robed humanoids stepped out of the ship behind her and took positions around her, "Let us go," Her voice was cool and calm with a slight corellia accent buried deep within the chords.

She stepped off the landing pad, taking four of the robed humanoids with her and leaving the other four behind to stand guard around the landing pad.

Alexia Sturkov was on Onderon for less then important reasons. shopping being the highest on her list. There were many things she desired in the world, clothing, jewelry, and other assorted items. She liked to many worlds and sample the unique creations of each of the unique cultures. Sometimes she made it a habit to visit the planet's leaders, whether they be a council, democracy, or royalty. She liked to gain influence on as many worlds as she could, therefore spreading her sphere of control.

But for today she would be merely content with shopping. Already she was sweeping through the streets, her robed and hooded guards always beside her. She stepped into a jewelery shop and emerged twenty minutes later with a silver bracelet of Onderon design wrapped around her slim wrist, although her long overflowing sleeves hid all view of it. It was the fact that it was there that mattered to Alexia.

A small smile graced her face as she headed further down the street.

Many shops were visited, each one selling it's finest merchandize to the strange dark woman that came in demanding their best. Many shop owners asked for outragious prices for their much prized merchandize, yet found themselves lowering the price after a few calming words from the woman and a few waves of her hand. They always found it odd how she waved her hands about everytime she spoke to them, yet once she left the building they found themselves forgetting all about her- safe for a distant memory that existed only to allow them the comfort of knowing what had happened to their merchandize and why it was gone now.

The woman continued her rounds until every major shop in Iziz had been visited at least once- some had been visited multiple times. The woman then went on a tour of sorts, admiring the shape and style in which the buildings were constructed and the colors of the materials used. But that all got rather boring. Alexia could care less about buidlings. What she was interested in was fine things and power, and since power was not available for purchase she would buy fine things instead. But she had experired her list of shops and now had nothing more to do for the day. She debated trying the lower, less advertised shops, but the very thought revolted her. How could she lower herself enough to even set foot in a second rate shop. A being such as herself was far too important for such a thing.

So in the end she found a nice little cafe and ordered a Orange Mocha stimcaf, something she was hopelessly addicted to and could not go a single day without. She found a wall to lean against, and then thought better. She would ruin her outfit leaning against a wall. And besides; it would ruin her image for such a being as herself to be seen leaning against a wall like she couldn't support herself on her legs. So instead she stood on the side of the road with her body guards spread out around her. The stimcaf was good, but not as good as they made them on Corellia or Coruscant, or any other major planet for that matter. Alexia was amazed the Onderonians were even able to furfill her order.

"What a poor, pitiful people," She muttered before retuning to sipping her stimcaf through it's straw.

The stimcaf was neither as good as she wished it was, nor did it last as long as she wanted. The cardboard cup was emptied, but she spent the next minute slurping noisily on the straw in a vain attempt to get all the creamy foam at the buttom. Once it was deemed clean, she threw it in the closest trash receptical. She took off down the street again. She ignored the heads that tuned to gawk at her. One persistant little gawker found his pants suddenly ripped down to his ankles. He let out a yelp, pulled up his pants, and accused the nearest person of the crime.

Alexia pressed on, a faint smile passing over her face for a short moment as she relished in the childish act. She pulled up her mental to-do list and checked shopping off the list, followed by refreshments. Many things sat on the list, but the one at the top of her list was sightseeing. There was not much to see in Iziz that she hadn't already seen, except for the Royal Palace. She had to see that before she left.

She made her way down the main street and eventually ended up at the wall that surounded the Royal Palace. Several guards stood at the gate and along the length of the wall. To say security was tight would be an understatement. It was nearly impossible for her to see over the wall, it was just too tall. She could make out the tops of the castle and it's many towers and turrets, but the rest was hidden behind her wall, "Zsack, Bodke. Give me a boost," Two of her scarlet clad warriors bent down on their knees while the two others came up from behind and aided their Mistress in climbing onto the shoulders of the two kneeling aids. The aids stood up and it was only a matter of telekenisis to keep herself balanced. From the shoulders of her servants she could see over the wall just enough to make out the front door to the palace, well the top of it at least. The many gigantic glass windows could be seen.

She let out a sigh and stepped off robed figure's shoulder and landed on the ground gracefully, "Not good enough," she muttered before stepping over to the grandest looking royal guard, one that possessed a sash of scarlet material, "Good afternoon," She said as a seductive smile splashed across her face, "Does you Royal Palace allow tours of the grounds?"

Jecht Tar

Jecht Tar, a top member of the Onderon Royal Guard, finished talking to old Mrs. Bumcrop and turned to address the woman who had only just spoken to him. At once he could tell she was from off-world, her clothing style, make-up, and hair-style was like nothing seen on Onderon and her hair was a style similar to one that was very popular among Corellia's wealthy women. Well, that had been a few years ago, before he'd come to Onderon.

"No," He answered a bit gruffly, "The Palace is off limits to civilians."
