Not played KOTOR II but from what ive heard its an excellent game. I wasnt all that taken with ROTS, although it got reasonably good reviews.

I never played RotS, so I have to go with KotOR II; which was a fricken awesome game up to the point that my X-Box died and won't play it anymore.

Kotor 2 is Better better by far although I admit the ending is disapointing compared to KoTOr 1's endings. ROTS is alright although I have not finished the game yet.
