Iziz city is the only city on Onderon. :)

The Beast Riders are no longer a group outside the walls, due to a coup hundreds of years ago, and beast riders are part of Iziz's defense against the Mandalorians who occupy the Wild.

Some of the information for 'our' Onderon has been established in our roleplays and it isn't all in a book somewhere. I'm sure I can find the layout for SWF Onderon somewhere in a thread from the past when we were setting up the KA pre-reset, but it would take some digging.
