Been watching smallville recently and me being a brit, wondered if someone could explain what the windmill in the image attached actually does or what its for?

Ah ha! Thanks, been wondering what it does. That makes sense being found on farms and all. Just knew there wasnt anything around it to be powered. Cheers!
