Improv Everywhere (http://improveverywhere.com/home.php): "causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places." They play large scale pranks, like impersonating U2 in a rooftop concert, or sending 60-odd people into Best Buy dressed like the shops employees.

Torono Zombie Walk (http://www.torontozombiewalk.com/): does excatly what it says on the can! People dressed as zombies gather together and shamble through the streets of a city.

The Future Shock (http://thefutureshock.com/): an epic prank spanning years in the making and execution, which begins when one man receives a package from the future...

UMPatriots (http://www.umpatriots.com./main.htm): there's only two videos here, but both are very amusing, Pacman in particular.

I just finished reading some of the pranks from Improv Everywhere. :) The Best Buy one amused me the most, but the Cell Phone Symphony was a close second.

And if I ever go to Japan, I'm definitely setting up a booth with a "Meet a Gaijin" sign. http://dark_god7.home.mindspring.com/emot/emot-keke.gif

I just spent a good hour or so reading Improv Everywhere. I love the "MP3 Experiences" ... really makes me wish that there was something similar locally.

I spent like two days reading ImprovEverywhere's site and I think their No Pants 2k6 (or whatever it's called, the one they did this year) is the best due to all the arrests. :)

Although I have to say "even better than the real thing" their fake U2 concert was really awesome too.
