I considered installing Photoshop, but I'm not feeling that brave yet. http://dark_god7.home.mindspring.com/emot/emot-xd.gif

That sounds like a great idea!

Maybe not.

Oh, man, wow!

I used to have a K6 333... that was sooo long ago.

Now, what scares me is the 32mb of memory and the fact that you have XP installed. That thing must be barely chugging along. What're you using this slick machine for, yo?

I remember when I got a K6-2 and thought it was so awesome.

It's my dad's old laptop that he asked me to fix up for him. I actually had to use n-Lite to make a hacked WinXP image, since WinXP won't install on systems with less than 64mb of RAM.

It's not too terrible, as long as I don't try to open more than 1 thing at once. It takes about 2 minutes to boot and another minute before I can actually do anything. |I Really, that isn't bad at all. I disabled all non-essential services to make it as snappy as possible.

That's rough. I remember playing Ultima Online on my K6 and being like, "This thing is awesome!"

I was gonna say - I didn't think XP would even run on 32 MB. Somehow I don't think Photoshop's in your future on that box... :)

Photoshop 4 or 5 might run. Maybe.

I had XP running on an old P2 266, though it had 128 MB of RAM. It was still slow as a woman in the restroom.
