I just played tried them both out and I have positive impressions all around. Download Mirrors:
Tomb Raider: Legend - 1 (http://www.fileplanet.com/promotions/tombraider/), 2 (http://www.fileshack.com/file.x?fid=8620), 3 (http://www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/tombraider7/trl_demo_standard.zip.html)

Condemned: Criminal Origins - 1 (http://www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/condemned/condemned_co_demo.exe.html), 2 (http://www.worthdownloading.com/download.php?gid=1250&id=7091), 3 (http://www.fileshack.com/file.x?fid=8610)

Condemned makes heavy use of the various screen filters, which may bother some people, but I believe you can disable them. I like the extreme emphasis on ammo conservation, and the ability to pick up random objects and use them as weapons. You should be able to carry both a gun and a melee weapon at the same time, however. It's pretty cinematic, but I've heard the full game is kind of short.
Tomb Raider: Legend really impressed me. This is the direction the series should have taken a long, long time ago. If you've ever enjoyed a Tomb Raider game, you owe it to yourself to check out Legend. It controls much more like the Prince of Persia games and looks stunning for a PS2 port.
