The small open air cafe was quiet, amazingly as it was just before lunch, Michael sat quietly sitting over a glass of water and half of a sandwhich. He had much on his mind - Ky was finishing the arrangements for Leiko's funeral, and that weighed heavy on him... as did another thought. That of leaving. The idea was quickly growing stronger in his mind, after the funeral try to talk Ky into leaving quickly and quietly before their 'handlers' could notice.
His biggest fear would be that Kyashi would tell him no, at which point he would be forced to make a rather hard decision. The fact remained, he didn't think he could retain his sanity if he returned to that accursed underground hole they had been calling a home for a short while now.
