RIP Kirby Puckett

A great baseball player died today, Kirby Puckett at the age of 45, he had a stroke yesterday and couldn't recover from it.

I'll always remember Game 6 of the '91 World Series. He was a God that night. :cry

I'll always remember when I caught a game in Minneapolis and when he'd come to bat, the announcer would announce him as KIRBYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY PUCKETT!!!!!!!! and the crowd would go wild...

Too bad, he was really young...

He had some legal problems in recent years, but I hope he's remembered more for what he did on the field.
