'Mosquito' Repels Youths

I saw a news piece on this a little while ago and thought I'd share. The "Mosquito" is a device that emits a sound that should only be audible to people 20 years old and younger. Most people over 30 can't hear it, because of the high frequency. It's being used as a way of deterring young scoundrels from hanging about outside shops.
