Quick question about ranks

How do Jedi rise in ranks now? There's no Order anymore, is there?

You'd have to find yourself a master. Or, ask the Jedi.

That's what I meant. I know I could find a master, but are masters just allowed to advance people by themselves? I have a master character. Can I raise other characters at will?

I would guess that an OOC vote amongst the other Jedi would be in order. But again, this should probably be brought up in the Jedi forums.
