I cannot connect to the database.

Got this today, couldn't get threads to load up and this came up instead. Just thought I'd make a note of it, as I have no idea what it means. :)

I also can't get this thread posted up - I've tried about ten times so far.

There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.

Both of those errors are indicitive of the database being down at the times when you tried it. I'm not sure whats up with the host, but I have seen a lot of emails for a down databse recently.
