Not that I disagree with his promotion, I was just curious as to who he's been talking to. He mentioned a few without names at the astroid port.

I've been talking with him. Zereth and Pheonix where Je'gan's apprentices before the reset and he put us both up for promotion. Pheonix just hasn't really RPed since the reset and he is technically a knight, unless he chooses otherwise.
