Kaleth Sevron landed his sleek silver modified Nubian Starbird, the Orestes, in the large hangar bay of the ancient jedi temple on Ossus . An alliance technician saluted the well known jedi knight and master as he passed. He was met at the entrance by two jedi knights they looked upon him with great pride as he entered the massive structure.
How Leyed would have loved to see this place so full of history and wisdom, his thoughts straying on his late padawan. It had only been two months since the end of the Yuuzhan Vong war with the Galactic Alliance. He closed his eyes as he pictured hearing Leyed cry out as his starfighter was struck then collided with a Yuuzhan Vong frigate defending Mon Calamari from invasion.
Now he was here the stronghold of the new fledgling Jedi order to receive his new padawan learner. He came to the doors of the council room two jedi knight amazons guarded the sacred room. "Master Sevron you may enter the council awaits you," one of them said with a strong voice. Kaleth circular room walking to the center and stepping upon the raised dais. He looked ahead of him at the council head, Luke Skywalker his beautiful flame haired wife Mara Jade Skywalker at his side. He bowed his head in reverence at the masters that sorrounded him, the council full with all twelve members present.
"Welcome Master Kaleth Sevron this council hopes your journey here has seen you well," Mara opened the council session her warm voice greeting her old friend. "Yes my lady Skywalker too long has it been since my feet have walked the soil of Ossus," he said relaxing his posture at the familiar voice.
"Master Sevron, we know of the loss of your padawan learner and deepest thoughts are with you," came the honest voice of Master Skywalker. "Which brings us to the purpose of this council session, the appointing of a new quarton learner," he said looking to his fellow masters.
