Corellia
Eastern Beaches
Opening Time
______

It was an awkward place for a repair shop. Head of Corporation barely knew that their business existed, wouldn't if the occasional compliment hadn't been projected to them by some passerby. The beach was surrounded at range by tree growth, right up to the edge of the ending shore line. Mind you, it was quite handy when coming into this sector of the planet in case of an emergency, but that was rare. Only the locals dropped by once and while. The business was hurting for money and threats of job cuts had recently been flooding the Corellian Engineering Corporation. Or so Dani had heard.

Leaning over the latest work presented, tail and ears quirked busily, Dani anxiously scrambled as the intercom in the make-shift hanger echoed in one ear and out the other. The sound chimed through the industrial piercing and various studs randomly placed, causing Dani to wince on the way out the door.

It was a short and boring walk to the back entrance of the business lobby, but curiousty blocked out the dull and familiar scenary of the beach front property. It was a paradise long since ignored by the growing Corellian society, and Dani was neither happy or appreciative of that fact.

I hear this Dani character is quite good at his job, though his talents are rarely called upon.

"Indeed. Dani should be here any second, sorry about the wait."

"Yes, yes. Very sorry. Was working on some hunk of junk the last customer brought in. I'm not even sure he knows what it is." Dani said, stepping up to the counter.

She smiled as she witnessed the customer's surprise. It certainly wasn't common to find a Trianii on Corellia, let alone a female engineer Trianii. She watched the customer's mouth open and close several times before she chimed in again.

"So, what can I do ya for, mm?" She asked, wiping a slash of grease from her right spotted cheek, then snatched up a pen and pad of paper.

A young male human stood near the entrance to the store, next to a shelf of steering grips. His oddly colored eyes opened in shock at the sight of the mechanic. Dressed in what seemed as make shift riding leathers and a full suit of a soft black material, he quickly brushed strands of white hair from his face, biting his lip to keep from blushing. His previous words had been that of a quest for Dani the mechanic dude. This was, quite obviously, not a dude. The other individual behind the counter was quickly forgotten.

"Uhhhhhhhh..."

Wil was completely caught off guard. How else does one respond when he's on a most excellent planet and he's struck by the worst vehicle luck and yet a bodacious babe comes sauntering from the back of the most remote garage and she had possibly the most exciting freckles Wil had ever seen.

"I uhhhh... heard you could like... fix the heinous issues concerning my swoop. The obese gentleman at the bar said you could like... fix anything... vehicles and stuff."

I can come up with something to fix really quick...

Wil had 'acquired' a Corellian manufactured swoop bike at the port and had told Kyashi he'd be back in a few days after he took a bit of vacation from the hardships of life that so burdened Wil. Actually Wil had been starved of attention, Leiko's constant refusal was too much for Wil's roaming heart to take and here he was, taking directions from some incredibly slow talking taxi driver to the nice place out of the way. The swoop had broken down half way there or so and Wil hadn't expected the nice place to be here until now.

Also... considering the obese fellow had yielded such information of import that Dani the mechanic was so beautiful that Wil wanted to pork her like a starved Rancor wanted to eat people.

"And uhhh... sorry for like assuming you were a dude. The referrer didn't really inform the... referree too well I guess."

Wil winced as his vocabulary was minced along with his style. One gloved hand scratched the back of his neck in anxiety beneath his silky, white hair. He was gonna have to step up to the plate if he wanted this hotty to even consider following him back to the swoop some good clicks away from the village.

"Nah, don't worry about it. I suppose you'n could say I am used to it by now." She replied, offering the customer a smile. Grabbing at the bagging pants that covered the bottom half of her body, she pulled them up, only to have them sink back down past her waist again. She turned away from the man momentarily to address her associate, whom glared ominously at the man, who no doubt wanted to take Dani outside of the ever safe working area, as though he were a monster.

She ignored his pleading glances and sent him off to fetch her tool box and utility belt, making sure to mention aloud that she would like a few blasters to take along, just in case they ran into trouble. No qualms in being too safe, ne?

"So, what kind of damage are we talking here?" Dani inquired.

Wil had the expert skills of observation. His eyes never left hers but his peripheral vision definitely picked up the subtle flirt she pulled off with her body language. She like so totally digged Wil, he knew it. He didn't have a feeling about it or anything like some other times but he was confident enough he didn't need it. He heard her call for the tools and a few blasters, not like she would need them with a total stud around like Wil leading the way. Silly girl.

He leaned on the counter, one elbow resting there as his hand supported his face.

"Well... I was like down the main road, which says its a highway but I've never seen a highway that wasn't paved or anything like that, ya know? Well, anyway, I'm cruising down the road, sweet breeze in the face and all that and I hear this sound."

Wil was using his other hand as a representative for his bike, moving it along the surface of the counter.

"So I slow down a bit before I hear this loud clang noise and the bike shudders and then a boom and a few more metal grating noises."

He makes his hand bounce up and down in turn with his description.

"And then like, something fell off the bike and rolled into the tree line..."

Wil's face seemed to drop here as the events caught up with him. What luck to steal a piece of junk anyways. The thing had looked like a rockin' ride from inside the refuel station he'd been eating that burrito in. Yeah, something important had dropped out of the bottom of the swoop resulting in a similar fashion to what his hand was doing. His hand reared up like it was jumping before it came down quickly and rolled to the side.

"Fortunately I jumped that ship at the insane bumpy part. Can't have the Wilmiester taking one for the team just yet."

He had got a bad feeling, like "imminent danger ranger!" feeling when the bike took a few bumps for the worse. He'd pushed off and somehow managed to come away unscathed. Rock on.

"But yeah, whenever you're ready to go..."

Daniella watched every hand gesture intently, attempting to keep the straight lined expression in place as he descriptively went through the incident that had occured. When he finished, she could hardly hide the quirk at the corner of her mouth. She ducked down behind the counter, using the excuse that she needed to find a misplaced tool as her escape to laugh.

Here's your tools, Dan! Her associate boomed.

WHAM!

Dani's slew of curses were muffled by the clank of the tools against the counter. She stood, rubbing the top of her head and nodded her thanks to him. She wrapped the belt about her waist, fastening it loosely, then lifted the large box of equipment as though it weighed nothing.

Her green eyes flickered to the customer, her mouth turned upward in a sheepish grin as she canted her head toward the door. "Ready." Then, she turned and began to flounce out of the lobby, making care to snatch up her helmet before stepping out the door.

"How far is this.. swoop of yours?" She purred, a natural roll of tone to be assured, holding the door open for him. "We'll need to take my own means of transporation, I am thinking?"

Wil Mienstrire
Oct 17th, 2005, 05:41:46 PM
Owies, she'd probably have a bump after that one. But then again, brain cells weren't necessarily a must with a body like hers.

As she had her back to Wil and the guy behind the counter, the guy gave Wil a nasty stare which was promptly returned by Mienstrire with an equally nasty hand gesture. But turning on his heel, he caught the door as she held it open and then quickly closed it before the guy could spout off anything or the chick could catch what had happened.

And then she bloody purred. Wil had picked up on the feline theme with the ears and what not; the freckles had been almost too much to bear. But she purred while she talked and Wil felt his mojo click on.

But he couldn't rush into things just yet. The last time he tried that smooth move, he'd ended up on the other side of the galaxy, starved of attention and dire for some intimate association. Leaning against the door, he scratched the back of his neck while he tried to guestimate the distance to his totally wrecked ride.

"Uhhhhhhhh..."

To be honest, Wil was really thinking of a totally sweet ride that had nothing to do with vehicles.

"Ummmm... yeah, we'll probably need whatever you've got to get there. It's a way off, like it took me since last night to walk here. Well, I took a nap but still. Long ways, ya know?"

"Sounds like a plan." She replied before walking off to the left side of the business compound. Dani cast a glance over her shoulder to make sure he was following behind her and then stopped short of crashing into the shrouded mass near the steel fence boundary. Setting the tool box and helmet on the ground, she extended her hand. A cocky smile appeared on her face as she drew back the coverlet and revealed one of her most prized repairs.

The Flare-S had come to her in so many parts, she almost couldn't recognize it. No repairs necassary, just a wreck to be thrown into the part pile. But she had instantly fallen in love with the design and unique silence of the turbothruster when she got it up and running, she decided a little update and love could make it more than it had ever been.

The paint job was near flawless, stenciled with an intimitading skull that was twin to the hidden tattoo between her shoulder blades. A family crest, one could almost say, but it was more like a symbolic warning to those in the race world, when her father had existed anyway.

The speeder-bike hovered slightly off the ground and did not sink when she swung her leg over the seat and plopped down atop it. She leaned, causing the vehicle to lean with her and scooped up the items she had previously disgarded. Placing the tool box on the back of the speeder, she slipped the fashionable helmet atop her head, her felinus ears poking out the top. She patted to seat behind her and flashed him a smug smile through the still raised visor.

Wil just couldn't notice the babe offering the seat. His gaze was fixed on the industrial beauty of the Flare-S before him. He'd seen it in some historical biker articles before but never, ever seen one for real. Now if only the chick was wearing a lot less clothing it could be like one of those totally awesome speeder shows. Wil stumbled forward to the front of the bike, his gloved hand slowly running along the side of it as if he were caressing it. His mouth opened in awe as he made the slightest sigh of glorification. So disgusting, so sweet.

His gaze followed along the paint job to the crest and then to the steering at which sat the bodacious babe. Excellent. In an attempt of grace, he slid onto the seat right behind her, making sure he was as close as comfortably, at least for him, possible. He withdrew goggles from his belt and slid them over his face casually.

"Ride on, your Excellency. It's that way."

His arm slid underneath her's and pointed down the dirt road he had meandered from.

The visor on her helmet was snapped shut, the metallic sheen of it reflecting the fluctuating rays of sunlight that shimmered over the crest of the lobby building. Reaching in front of her, she plucked her riding gloves off the small middle console and pulled them onto her spotted hands. Flexing her grip for a moment, she laid her palms across the swoop grips and turned them ever so slightly the the left. Her feet, garbed by combat boots sporting a thick metal plate at the top, rested at a near vertical angle and slowly began to push down the pedal.

The engine, which they all but sat on, began to hum a beautiful tune that seemed all too familiar to Dani. She smiled serenely beneath the helmet and drew back her hand on the right grip. The speeder snarled something horrendous and then veered violently to the left. She hoped to high heaven that he would learn to hold on. Her waist, being the safest option.

Wil almost gasped as she pulled the frelling turn onto the road. He hadn't really been prepared for the sudden blast of momentum. Wil's arms wrapped around her waist tightly, resting his face against her back. He breathed in deeply, smelling the mechanic's musk hiding the holy temptation of femaleness beneath it. He breathed it in a few more times before he began to look around.

The tree line was thick, the green shadows seeming to go on forever in the background. Her shoulders were curved so well. The sky seemed to move like water above them, the clouds passing by as if they were slower traffic. Her build was as sweet as the totally sicktastic ride they were on. The whole thing was a bit surreal for Wil, like he wanted it to last forever. Checking the speedometer, 428 kph and rising. Sexy. And fast.

"Uh yeah, its around here somewhere. Look for the scorch marks. Can't miss 'em."

Daniella Tur'ilian
Oct 17th, 2005, 08:44:53 PM
At this slow speed, miss them? Not likely. However, she kept a close eye out for the wreckage she was here to repair, shifting between speeds to suit the steady climb or drop of the uneven, unpaved road. She could instantly tell they were gaining on the incident's position, nuts and bolts flying past. She reduced her speed and swung the swoop around, causing the back of the speeder to lurch upward, pressing the stranger closer to her backside. Another doughnut was completed before the vehicle hummed to a halt.

"What a piece of..." She stopped herself, minding her manners as well as her tongue. "Well, I'm sure it was something before it decided to.. um.. fall apart." She offered, removing her helmet with a a single, fluid lift. Shaking out her short brown hair, she placed the head guard atop the console, locked the grips and gear pedal, then awaited for him to dismount.

"Like, not really..."

Wil got up slowly, slow enough that it made it seem like he was just being careful when he moved his hands up her sides and then pushed off her shoulders. Wow, he was good.

"It was a worthy steed for all intents and purposes but I suppose it had to go lame eventually. I'd had the good ol' girl for a while, ya know."

He walked over to the ditch on the side of the dirt road, stepping down into the tall grass where the corpse of the swoop-bike rested. He kicked it over, or at least a part of it. It seemed it had split into three more pieces from the whole since he had left it. Blunderful. In this moment of dismay, Wil presumed it would be better to move along to the real business.

"Uhhhh... I'm Wil, Wil Mienstrire. I already got as much as Dani, but is there more to it? I mean, its sweet, but I have no doubt there is more to make it beautiful."

Wow, he's not just good, he's like, totally awesome at this stuff.

Daniella Tur'ilian
Oct 17th, 2005, 09:32:09 PM
Placing her left foot on the ground, she swung her leg around the opposing side of the swoop and extended her hand to the tool box resting at its back. Lifting it out of the square groove, she followed after him and stared intently down at the remains of what had once been his 'steed'. It wasn't as bad as she was expecting. It just needed something to hold it together, more or less. It would most likely also need that 'something' that fell off into the tree line as well. Her only complaint was the heat.

"Daniella. Daniella Tur'ilian of Trian. Nothing fancy or beautiful." She said softly, flashing him yet another smile. She was beginning to think her face was going to remain thus.

Cracking open her tool box, she removed several objects, varying in size and shape, and began the repairs. It was easy enough. Things fit together until she attempt to fit them all at once.

Chassis circuit.

"Well how in the world did that come off." She inquired to herself aloud, her eyebrows knit downward in thought. She stood, annoyed with the newly printed grease stains on the front of her low cut top. Wiping at them, she turned her squinted gaze upon him.

"You know where that main piece fell off, Wil?" She purred again, bringing her hand up to shield the overhead sun from her eyes.

Wil Mienstrire
Oct 17th, 2005, 09:42:12 PM
"Uhhhh..."

Wil wasn't sure if he'd heard her correctly. He'd been staring at something that had kept his mind wandering a bit farther off from the trashed swoop and its runaway parts. But it he couldn't stare any longer as she stood and made eye contact. Not to mention she was smiling. And she had purred again. Most excellent.

Ya know... there's a nice patch of grass off to the side there...

"Ummmmm... its back there somewhere I guess. It was nearly evening when this all occured and I was trying to make sure I wasn't going to be stranded so I never really had the time to find the bogus part."

Actually, Wil had been curled up in the ditch, crying in frustration and with the anxiety that he was probably going to die in the middle of this stupid forest. But as far as public knowledge was concerned, totally sweet doomsiders like Wil don't cry, ever. So it never happened.

"I guess we can walk back and find it... it shouldn't be too far off, ya know?"

Daniella Tur'ilian
Oct 17th, 2005, 09:52:02 PM
And they were off.

It was a large piece, it couldn't be hard to miss, and shouldn't have rolled very far into the treeline. They should be at the proper distance trailing down the grass as they currently were. Her gaze trailed to him, after look up and down her current line of sight several times, and lingered.

"You're not from around here, are you? You don't seem to blend well with the locals, I mean. You seem like you may be from a big city. And I mean no offense by that." She hurried to correct, crossing her arms just beneath her chest, her eyes returning to the stretch before them.

Wil Mienstrire
Oct 17th, 2005, 10:02:41 PM
He stopped walking, most definitely a good time to stall for as much as he could. He slid his hands into the back pockets of his jacket. Wil didn't pay too much attention to blending in generally, just looking like a totally righteous dude mostly. All the black leather and straps and what not was typical of the more corporate areas sure, but Wil was pretty sure he'd actually never really seen too many people that resembled him. He had no clue who or what his father had been but he knew as much that his off color eyes and his white hair were attributes of his.

"I've been around, like around and around. Which is a lot for someone at the ripe young age of coolness I'm at."

Bam, the second he noticed she'd given up eye contact and glanced away, he was scanning over her again. She like, so totally wanted him. Wil just had to close this crazy love trap and she'd be his.

"What about you? I've uhhh... never seen anyone with such features of dazzling beauty as yours..."

Smooth...

Daniella Tur'ilian
Oct 19th, 2005, 06:55:34 PM
She didn't smile. She couldn't. But she did blush, turning the light and dark tones of her cheeks bright pink until she began to fumble out a reply.

"Well.. I er... I um.. I'm a Trian. Well, wasn't born on the planet or anything. That's just what my family was. Never met my ma and papa didn't talk much about her. I'm thinkin' she was more human then the Trian though." She supposed aloud, her mind wandering the subject a bit. She hadn't thought much about it. Her life was bit of a one track scheme; sleep, eat, work, repeat.

Wil Mienstrire
Oct 20th, 2005, 05:20:40 AM
"I think I'm in a similar boat kinda... My mom was human but uhhh... Like I really don't know anything about my dad, and my mom had the same drag issue with not really chatting about him that much."

The fact was not much of a bother to Wil; the tangent of his parents was easily pushed aside in the sunlit afternoon with the babe. Because she had most definitely blushed, which meaned he was getting somewhere. Rock on.

"But yeah..."

Wil put a hand above his eyes as if he were covering them from the light as he scanned the area.

"That missing part that totally bailed on me must've like, ran off, ya know. I think its further in the tree line. Let's keep looking."

Righteous, lead her into a secluded area, really whip out the Mienstrire skills of charm, and score.

Daniella Tur'ilian

She really doubted that, but he could be right. She also doubted that anyone would have stolen it, the road was empty most of the time, but one could never know. Without another thought, she peeled away from the straight line of the road and into the tree-line. Stopping at the edge of the overgrown area, she tipped forward, listened, her cat like ears twitching, and then she stepped forward.

"Well, I suppose it could have.. tumbled a little bit, ne?" She mumbled, glancing back toward him, waiting. She sure as heck wasn't going in there alone. No, no she wasn't. And yet she was already there. Various things moved around her, causing her tail to sway nervously in the still air. She breathed in, eyes wandering, and then exhaled slowly, as though out of fear of awakening.. some.. thing.

Frell... since when has it been so.. dark in here?

Wil Mienstrire
Nov 1st, 2005, 04:07:19 PM
Wil saw her head into the tree line and hesitate just before entering the dark green shade. She didn't just hesitate, she was... on edge, like totally aware. Wil liked it. He slowly moved to her side and looked into the shade. Finding something like a black chunk of engine wasn't going to be easy, not at all. But he didn't really have a clue as to why she was edgy but whatever.

"Alright, let's roll."

He stepped off the road and slid a bit on the wet grass into the shade. Very little sun light made its way to the surface beneath the dense cover of trees and they could hear the murmurs and cries of several different inhabitants out in the shadows somewhere. He looked back to see her still standing there and sighed, his shoulders sinking a little bit. He grabbed her hand and pulled her along.

"I am, like, paying you for this, right?"

Daniella Tur'ilian
Nov 1st, 2005, 04:27:54 PM
"Well, if I can fix it, yeah.." She murmured, hardly paying attention. Her head snapped from side to side, assuring herself that she wouldn't miss the slightest movement. He didn't seem too worried. Didn't he know there were things that could gobble them up in here? Sheesh.

A curious mewl escaped her as she finally realized that he had her hand. She smiled a bit, though her grip did not close over his own. It wasn't so bad, she told herself silently, her stride a bit more confident.

Then...

mrroowwwlllbbbbeeerrrrr...!

Her tail stood straight up and the hand that had once been lax tightened into a death grip upon his own. Her ears went flat against her head and the next repetition of the sound had her feet shuffling.

"What do you suppose that wa - "

CRASH!

The next slew of events to ensue covered a variety of noises, positions, and objects. First, the resounding squeal of fear, closely followed by the flying tackle onto the silver haired man. Leaves flew up around them as they hit the ground and her body all but constricted around his own. Hisses and petite growls escaped her lips and into the ear of her cushion.

"Getitaway getitaway!"

Wil Mienstrire
Nov 1st, 2005, 04:53:11 PM
He had stopped suddenly to point to the small squirrelly creature in the trees only to be tackled, punched, kicked, and slobbered on all before he could hit the ground. Then this loud noise that he couldn't make out for the ringing in his ears wouldn't stop. Taking a quick moment to try and orient himself as to his current position and where he was, Wil couldn't see much as something was directly in his line of sight. Trying to brush hair out of his eyes, a few moments later he realized he was just moving his hair out of the way either.

Staring into green, frantic eyes, Wil's own oddly colored eyes searched her freckled face as she continued to say something he wasn't really paying attention. One hand untwisted itself from beneath him and came up, holding her hair out of their faces as he locked lips slowly. The annoying sound cut off abruptly and Wil gave a silent thanks to the doomside for that much. Otherwise, the moment was so totally sweet. Nevermind the squirelly thing in the trees above watching them.

She hadn't been expecting that. Here she was, seated upon and kissing a total stranger in the middle of Corellian overgrowth. Quite romantic, if one looked past all of it. However, what surprised her even more was that it was actually pleasant. She was battling against the urges to explore this new experience or shoot him in the foot, like she had done the last person who had attempted to do as he was. Luckily for him, curiosity won.

Monster squirrel type creatures forgotten, Dani nibbled on Wil's bottom lip, her gloved hands cupping either side of his face. And then, her senses kicked in. Lurching backward, though still seated upon his thighs, she lowered her face, hiding her ashamed blush.

"Well.. I er.." She mumbled. "You kissed me, why?"

"No no... don't answer that." She forced out again. It was hardly right of him and she should rip off his lips for such an offensive action.

Funny as how she wasn't offended at all.

Wil Mienstrire
Nov 1st, 2005, 05:46:22 PM
Wil slowly wiped his bottom lip off with his tongue as he smiled, one eye closed as he thought up his response. Internal conflict made it only taste better really, he could feel it inside her, like, he just totally knew it was there. All praise the doomside! And she wanted him, it just needed to rise to the bloody surface. He sat up on his elbows and looked at her.

"You kissed back..."

He had a mock expression of rejection, as if she hadn't liked it. But he pushed himself up further, supporting himself by one hand, elbow locked so they were at eye level. His other hand rested on her knee.

His aunt had once tried to teach him how to be a proper gentleman. His mother, of course being a... close, personal friend, always on call for such proper gentleman, later told him to screw the gentleman concept, they all ended up dead, so why bother. Anyways, structuring yourself to another's expectations was for the weak of will. The right kind of girl would recognize his strength regardless to him playing by someone else's rules.

That was really neither here nor there though, Wil's feelings were on a roll and the doomside was saying as much for her as well. Excellent.

"I was merely curious, you were taking advantage." She murmured haughtily, not keeping the smile from him as she reached up and plucked leaves from his hair. She honestly was at a loss for a better excuse. Yeah, she had kissed him, she had liked it, and it was over, right? He was a weird stranger with a suspicious pile of junk for a bike who wanted more than he had asked for. She should have been pissed, but the anger flew over her head. He was too cute to be angry with, her final conclusion.

But that mattered little! - She had to remind herself.

"Well.. um.. your swoop? Didn't you want to leave?"

Wil Mienstrire
Nov 1st, 2005, 09:37:43 PM
Uhhhhhh... no? Taking advantage? How dare she!? He was merely rolling with the mutual direction of both of their feelings!

"Yeah I guess..."

Again, Wil looked hurt and dejected. She could try and dodge around it all she wanted, but she was still sitting on him, nothing was like, keeping her there.

"Do you really want to leave, Lady? I think that's the query of more import here."

He gave another crooked grin, his gloved hand running down the side of her face gently.

Daniella Tur'ilian

Daniella's hand lifted and covered his own, her finger tips dancing across the leather of his gloves, exploring a bit up his arm before dropping back down to her side. She had been entirely rude without meaning to, she realized, and she didn't know how to make up for it. Lifting herself from his lap, she cast a lopsided smile in his direction before tugging her pants up again.

"It depends upon the depth of your question, Wil." She mumbled, shuffling around in front of him, her green eyes raking the foliage that covered the ground, tracking for any signs of the stray part. To her delight, to which she purred a faint "Eureka!", scorched booster seals glinted and caught her attention. The part itself was more to the edge of the treeline, bits having rolled down this far after its untimely collapse from the connector.

"I'm hot, covered in leaves, and hungry. Leaving doesn't sound so bad, whether you are referring to leaving this particular spot or this area of Corellia. There isn't much for me elsewhere, now, is there?" She ranted, though she did it quietly, hoping that he wasn't listening. She did so hate to ramble, she did it often.

"It's completely fried.." She mumbled sadly, shaking her head and gesturing to the burnt heap of rubble. "I'm not much for fixing hopeless cases, however, if you'd like to come back to the shop, I can hook you up with a more reliable swoop for a small price." She informed him, resting her hands on her hips, a pleasing but mischievous smile appearing on her lips.

Wil Mienstrire

Wil's smile quickly turned upside down to such a frown... He thought he had spotted it as well but he'd tried to ignore it up until now. Now they really did have to move along. In the case that he's going to have another babalicious mechanic tag along, he had to remember to hide the broken part next time.

"Yeah, you are hot but anyway..."

He slowly pushed himself up; she was really trying to resist him but he could still tell she was there, burning beneath her skin. He needed to draw that out, like, totally set her on fire.

"But yeah, the bike is a lost cause, you're right. But hey, like so is this rock. You're in the middle of nowhere..."

Wil moved closer to her, standing right in front of her, his hands slowly fidgeting.

"You're totally kickin' mechanic skills aren't being utilized to their rockin' potential..."

Wil's fingers slowly wrapped between hers as he continued,

"And like, we could have some totally awesome adventures together, like you and me, ya know?"

The dedication and romanticism was amazing, Wil could like, see it in the stars that glimmered somewhere in the back of his head.

"So like, hook me up with a reliable swoop, lets take yours. And price? I'll pay you in time, like the most righteous time you'll ever have in your entire frellin' life."

He felt like he was playing a role in one of those holovids.

And Dani was again skeptical. Her trust was usually gained with ease, but the way this guy talked was a little more than unorthodox. And yet, she found herself gazing intently into his eyes as he delivered upon her a very fiery and convincing speech. She gnawed at her bottom lip. Daniella had lived here for the longest of times, it was her home, and yet, she had never quite felt as though she belonged. Now, she got the chance to change, perhaps the only one, and she was going to refuse?

"Ahem.. well." She sputtered, her fingers fidgeting against his. "Where are we headed, Wil?"

"Does it matter?"

Now

Wil leans forward oh so casually and then in a blur of passionate motion, one hand slipped behind her neck and the other held her hand out as he kissed her. He held her there as he withdrew from the kiss, his eyes, the color only describable if fire turned green, stared into hers, a green just as vibrant.

"I've got a cruise itenarary to follow somewhere along the line but it'll always be somewhere new when we're together, ya know?"

Really, Wil had little clue to his destinations. He had never paid attention when the Boss had gone over any of them. Some place, spelled like Kornfield or something like that was next or another but he really didn't care. He actually meant what he was saying at the moment.

Dani's tail did turns in the air when their lips met again. Her sliced pupils and accompanying green halo shades danced over his face in curious and yet trusting wonder. He was making this all sound so exciting, she thought, her hand closing around his own from their extended positions.

Romance was a bit new to her and she was a naturally blunt person, unsure how to word her feelings, which were a blurred bluntness of their own. She would have to head back to the shop for clothes and the like, hopefully without coming into any contact with her partner. She could hear the explaination now.

"Well you see, this guy asked me to come away with him to somewhere I dunno and.. and! He has silver hair. So nyah."

A slender brown brow arched and twitched, notably so.

"Uhm.. before we go, can I pick up some things?"

Naturally her question was already answered; either they were going back or she was going to leave him here and go anyway.

"Uhhhh yeah, I've gotta get my junk from the locked trunk at the crash site anyways..."

He slowly let her stand on her own before he unceremoniously started to walk away. Catching himself in mid stride, he turned back sharply, letting his hair fall in front of his face to hide his blush. He grabbed her hand and led her back onto the road.

He slid down onto his knees as they reached the bike and he jammed his fingers against the simple key code on the trunk, pulling it open and grabbing the black bag within. He tossed it by Dani's feet before reaching his arm deep within the trunk. Withdrawing Valkyrie, he threw it off to the side. Valkyrie was Wil's monstrousity of a sword, nearly too large and heavy for Wil's slim frame to wield but he liked the look regardless and wouldn't give it up after buying it from that most shady fellow when they had landed on Corellia.

Standing up, Wil turned and looked at the gear beside and Dani and then took the oppurtunity to check Dani's totally hot bod over once more.

"Yeah, let's hit it. You can drive this time, babe."

Wil winked with his crooked smile before he grabbed his bag and Valkyrie.

"I had planned on it." She said, her eyes trailing over the long weapon. Since when did normal people carry around huge weapons like that? Of course, she knew by now that Wil was no ordinary guy, she wouldn't have said yes to him had that been the case. But, it still didn't stop her from wondering what the frelling weapon was for. Perhaps it was just a souvenir. Quite a silly thought. It was no doubt used for loping heads and the like. Verily exciting.

"Just don't.. stab anything, ne?" She purred, casting a wink to him before traipsing back toward her own swoop. She really didn't want to even consider what she was getting herself into. The situation could only get better, she supposed.

Moving over to her swoop, she mounted it, settling into the cushioned seat, though it was difficult to find comfort on such a hard surface. Her helmet was again placed on her head, her visor left up as to view him when he came to sit behind her. Her body tingled in anxiety as her eyes trailed over the sword's length.

He moved to her swoop and strapped his bag down to the side. He slid Valkyrie between the loose straps hanging from the back and around his hips. Fastening those straps down as well, he casually slung his leg around the seat and sat behind her. One hand wrapped around her most excellent bod and waist and the other pulled his goggles back down over his eyes. He leaned close to her and whispered in her ear,

"I'll only stab you if you ask me to, 'kay?"

His hand grabbed her tail slowly, to not startle her but still surprise her.

"I'm ready to go when you are, vixeness."

"Mmm.. k." She murmured after his first comment. She wasn't exactly sure if she grasped the full meaning of the statement, but she could always nod and smile, right? Then, the slowest but most delightful touch caught her attention and before she could stop herself, she squealed. Lord, she hadn't been expecting that!

The brown strip of animated fur twitched in his grip for a moment and she held her breath. After his previous comment, he had her a little worried.

Snapping the visor down, she pressed down on the pedal beneath her foot and lurched forward with the swoop. A delighted smile appeared when he clunked into her back. When she had settled on a speed, she used her muscular thighs to press them back onto the seat and angle the speeder back into a regular pose.

He had to say, she was quite lively. And she rode the way he liked, very wicked. He made sure he was as close as possible as they rode, he glanced back a few times to see the after effects of the gale they were making at such a speed but the rest of the time he had his face to her back. His hand casually ran the length of her tail as they went on their way.

A little while later they began to slow down as they neared the familiar area of where her shop was located.

"What now, baby? Hit and run, grab your stuff and make a break or this a soppy hug and goodbye to the crabby fellow behind the counter?"

Daniella Tur'ilian
Nov 2nd, 2005, 09:09:11 PM
"Something like that!" She laughed, shaking her head. They did indeed slow from roaring speeds, but not by much. Perhaps it was because of her inattention. The volatile slash of red that lurched from her partner's chest, spraying the ground. She winced as such horrid things flashed before her eyes, even more so when they fell into a closer eyesight of transpiring events.

Two men, garbed in black, stood before her shop, guns hidden beneath pressed coats and finely played smiles. She only regretted having to drag Wil into something like this - another reason to escape this place. But the past, she realized, had already caught up with her.

Jamming hand grips to the left, she swerved into the drive, spraying sand upon the visitors. Anger sculpted the murder in her eyes as she surveyed the fallen body of her partner and the blood that had slowly began to drain from his docile body. Disturbing, she thought, her hand snapping to the utility belt around her waist, removing a single blaster.

The men composed themselves and pasted on their smiles again, casting the man behind her a curious glance.

"We're looking for your da, Dani. "

"Ain't seen 'im." She replied.

Casually, Wil slung his leg around and stood beside Dani, sliding his goggles up and off. His eyes were half closed as if he was actually bored, and his gaze slid to the dead body and then to the men.

It was moving like quicksand, time that is. Wil was pretty sure he'd tasted a little bit of puke come up when he first saw the crabby dude take one for the team. And then those guys looked like they had vibroblades for teeth. But Dani was shook up, Wil could feel it. And that meant he had to play the cold stone killa this time around, even though he was sure he might wizz himself if there had been one more of them. Not the time or place though, yo.

"Guess we're don't need to worry about your partner, lady."

Wil ignored the two men and their quirked eye brows as he walked over to the dead body and knelt beside it. He could feel the sweat beading up on the back of his neck but somehow, that anxious feeling was oddly comforting enough that he was sure there was nothing to worry about.

"I mean, they did us a favor, right? Killing him, I mean. Too bad, you hired a totally sweet assassin like me, and then these guys show up and do it for us. But I've already been paid in full, someone has to die, ya know?"

Wil glanced at Dani quickly, she really needed to pick up on the gist and play along. His right hand slid to the long grip of Valkyrie's hilt.

It was not made clear whether it was the fierce purr of the engine or the enraged growl of the Trian. Her lips parted as a momentary intimidation factor, baring sharpened teeth that were hardly noticed previously. She was angry, aye, but she could play along just as well with or without the urge to tear them apart. The scowl was replaced by a fabricated smile that was both threatening and sly. No need to burn beauty with bodies.

"You tell us the same story every time we come, Dani. Can't you be a good girl and give us what we want?" One of the men said, obviously a more vocal leader than the other. He had been the one to speak thus far. She could barely tell the two apart - all the more reason to judge them as mutual motivation butt buddies.

"Yeah, I know." She murmured, responding to Wil. "And as for you two, my story isn't going to change. Now, get." She snarled, jabbing a finger at the road they had arrived on.

"It's a pity you never gave us any answers, Dani. Even more so that our relationship ends here." The man replied, coolly.

"How's this for ending, babe?" She asked, quick to aim and fire. It was a miss, but it got them moving. Initiative was always best when studied.

The two men dashed apart, one dodging behind what appeared to be their black speeder and the other lurched to cover behind a few barrels. They had rapid fire blaster rifles, no good. Wil was scared out of his unholy mind but the confirmation that he was indeed a doomsider helped keep him in the fray.

A long hiss and a loud whistling noise later, Valkyrie was out of her scabbard, and Wil was dashing towards the man behind the barrels. Wil was once again forced to realize just how heavy his frelling weapon was as he drug it in the ground.

The bad dude was leaning behind the barrels, and looked up too late to check where Wil was. He rolled to the side just in time as Wil kicked one barrel over and brought the large blade around, slicing another one clean apart. The man gritted his teeth in a grim smile as he pulled the trigger and a spray of blaster fire was released from the nozzle. Wil was forced to hurl himself behind the corner of the building, and he took a quick glance to see how Dani was doing.

She hadn't moved much, save to tuck her blaster away. The two that weren't currently hacking away or shooting at each other remained still and calm, as though they had done this many-a-time before. She was pleased to note that it had never really gotten this far between them, even more so that she had Wil on her side. The man, obviously realizing that her companion was busy with problems of his own, stood up and trailed a volley of fire to her current position. It was then, she moved.

Hunching onto palms and tip toes, she lurched around and forward toward her attacker whom was a few yards away, behind his own vehicle. Top priority was keeping the fop away from her swoop, second was killing them before they could do her or Wil in.

When she reached the nearing premises of the speeder, she bent her weight onto her palms and thrust herself upward into a forward hand spring. Blaster fire danced around her as the man rapidly attempted to defile her feline grace. A mid air swing, led by the artsy wind of her hips, allowed her to grasp his shoulders on the way back to the ground behind him.

Her arms bent awkwardly, but were rewarded with a sudden release when she settled deep into the beach sands and swung him over her head and onto the ground before her. He landed with a thud on the baked sand, his blaster having slipped from his grasp on the way down. Her foot closed over the weapon and pushed it partially beneath the surface of sand.

"Only weaklings use guns. Now get up." She smiled, casting a glance in Wil's direction in time to catch his own. Her smile broadened.

Wil blew her a kiss as she smiled and then turned the corner. Some song he'd heard was going off in the back of his head along with the comforting feeling that everything was going to be alright, not just alright, but that Wil was immortal, and not just immortal, but a God, unstoppable, unbeatable, and undeniably hot. He was the dude of the hour.

His opponent launched another volley of blaster fire at him and unsurprisingly, nothing landed a mark. Wil was walking, he wasn't even in a hurry, he didn't feel the need for it. Miky Mike and Sorry Sod Sudoku always seemed so relatively calm about everything, like, they could be smoking a stim while the planet was fragged around them. Was it 'cause of the doomside? Did it have that much effect that one could ignore the anxiety of life and death? Like, this was such a deep epiphany, Wil almost stopped walking. Until a blaster bolt slashed into one of the dangling straps on his jacket and Valkyrie's scabbard hit the ground.

"OH DEE!"

Wil threw himself against the wall and pushed off quickly, scorch marks taking up the place where he had just been. He launched forward and swung his large weapon in a wide horizontal swing. The man stepped back out of range and Wil had put forth too much effort to readjust by the time he had realized as much. As the man brought his rifle around to fire, Wil ducked and rolled, planting a hand firmly in the ground as he tried to pull his sword along with the other for another try. The man fired and tried to step out of range again but fumbled, tripping over his own feet, his blaster fire flew into the open sky and Wil's blade caught him just below his knee on one leg.

Blood splattered across the ground and Wil felt sick again. The rifle was dropped though and Wil took advantage of it. He was too tired to wield his own weapon anymore and dropped Valkyrie without hesitation. He tackled the fallen man and gritted his teeth as he threw anything he could, fists, elbows, knees. The man tried to push Wil off, one hand closed around Wil's neck but Wil wouldn't let up. He wasn't about to let up, the blood freely flowing from the man's knee was running against Wil's leg and he could feel it. It almost nauseated him but for the adrenaline rush.

And there was more to it, like a voice, or another person, or maybe another person's voice even, that was like, totally waste the sucker. Waste him good. Blood's righteous, let it flow like water from a spring, make more, open more excellent rivers of life upon his most unworthy body.

Wil felt sick but comfortable as he thought he heard screaming from somewhere, the other voice told him Dani was fine, she good, she was perfect, she was hot.

But Wil was like, then who's screaming, ya know?

He is, the lamo, the sucker is screaming.

Like... why?

Because you aren't just laying wasting to him, bud. You're most excellently obliterating him.

It was like Wil opened his eyes and actually could see what was going on all of the sudden. He pulled his hand out of the crater of the man's skull and dropped the scraps of skin grasped in his other hand. His black suit was glossy and slick with blood. The body that Wil was sitting on barely resembled anything of the man moments before.

"Uhhhhh..."

Good Job, Bro. Don't forget...

Wil snapped back to reality, only seconds having passed as he pushed off the dead body and slid his fingers back around the hilt of his unruly weapon. His eyes and attention slid back to Dani and her opponent.

Daniella surely would have been sick as well, were she not busy knocking the brains out of her own opponent. The man was a bit faster than she had anticipated and she had a hard time keeping away from his full swings. Her short height allowed her some advantages and her lithe frame and swiveling footwork also aided in her ability to dodge.

She wasn't the best of fighters, especially when it came to fighting men who were a good foot taller than her, but she managed. She was hardly defenseless. He landed many-a-punch, successfully tearing her lower lip and bruising her cheek.

Swing, grapple. Repeat. Her hands locked with his wrists, his to her own as well. They glared at one another, a challenging quirk of her slender brows the only warning to her next move.

By means to support himself, the man had spread his legs, much to a position miming her own. With a triumphant cackle, she drew back and then swung beneath them, clasping and drawing his arms with her for the ride. Curling her body up and around, she placed her feet upon his rear, and then yanked as hard as she possibly could. The man catapulted forward, head first, and hit the ground again. This time, she was rewarded with the resounding crunch of his neck as it snapped out of place.

His arms grew slack and she dropped them, swinging her own body up into a kneeling position.

Wil slowly trudged over to the gasping Dani and the twitching body of her would be assailant. He drug his sword in the ground, barely in the mood to bother with lifting it. Wil felt dirty, not just like grime dirty, but like, he had just thrown up all over himself. And as far as he knew, he hadn't yet. He could feel blood on his face, not his own, he didn't feel any wounds, but he could feeeeeeeel it. Wil had attempted to wipe his face but his glove was covered in blood as well and it was frustrating him quite a bit. His hair was matted together with it. He wasn't covered in it, it had just splattered everywhere. He staggered to where she stood and stared at the dead body for a moment.

Some chicks came with baggage but this was slightly ridiculous. Wil was pretty sure the score was worth it though.

"Does this, like, happen often, babe?"

Daniella Tur'ilian

"Once a year since I was eight." She remarked, a hysterical chuckle bubbling up in her throat. She had just definitely killed someone. Her eyes frantically searched the body, urging it to reanimate itself. No one would know, of course. Her partner was dead. Turning her head, she gazed up at Wil, seeming to look past the blood that was smeared across his face and matted in his silvery hair.

"I'm sorry, Wil." She murmured, rising to her feet. Her tongue extended and swooped across her lower to lick up the thin trail of her own blood that had begun to leak down from the corner of her mouth. Smiling, the expression obviously feigned, she moved past him toward the shop.

"I'll just go get some things. You should come in and get washed up.."

Wil Mienstrire

Wil watched her eyes, watched them stare at the dead body and then to him. She apologized and then moved past him, murming something or another about washing up and what not but he took a quick look around before sighing and turning on his heel. He felt repulsive, disgusted with himself. He had lost it, gone off the deep end. The guy back there was mushy like clay and Wil could feel it in his knuckles. And Wil was tired, really tired. He had a bad feeling about resting though, he had this feeling like something was coming, maybe popos, maybe more bad dudes. Not cool, maybe they needed to hurry.

Wil followed her inside, the restlessness only increasing as he dropped his sword and shuffled into the room marked for the fresher. Wil's first response to his own image in the mirror was to start gagging, by the time he'd finished, the restless anxiety had him fidgeting. He quickly ran the water and started wiping the blood off as fast as he could. Wil could tell something was up but hadn't the faintest as to what, like, it was really really frustrating. He didn't bother to try and clean whatever it was tangled in his hair as he burst out of the fresher and grabbed his sword.

"YO! Uhhhhh... we need to roll, something's up!"

Daniella Tur'ilian
Nov 3rd, 2005, 06:16:51 PM
Entering her room, that was opposite of the fresher, she tore a bag from her closet and began to shove her belongings into its smallness. She didn't have much, she had never had the need to go into town and spend her money on anything but food. Clothes were ripped from her dresser, spare change was swept off her bedside table surface, and random tools that lay about the petite room were also packed into it.

She tightened the draw strings and slung the pack over her shoulder. Her ears perking, she caught Wil's frantic bellow. Shuffling out of the room, she followed after him, out of the shop. She didn't mind so much that he was in a hurry, she was rather irked by something other than the three dead men laying in front of her establishment.

He was ahead of her, but a quick sprint brought her to his side.

"What was that all about - "

And within that very sentence, an explosion worthy of military design blew her small shop to smithereens. The force of explosion knocked her forward and into Wil's backside. Grabbing his arm, she tucked her face into his back and whimpered.

Wil Mienstrire
Nov 3rd, 2005, 06:25:19 PM
"Unhuuhhuh..."

Wil had almost collapsed to his knees, the ground beneath him had rippled like water only seconds ago due to the explosion and she hadn't really helped the situation. He staggered a step or two before righting himself and pulling her away from behind him so that she was underneath his arm. Wow, she really frelling owed him for like, everything now. But he figured he'd joke about that later, he was all the sudden even more sore than he had been, if that was possible. Like, he'd never had to deal with such things before and he really didn't plan on making a habit out of them.

"Whoa babe, you gonna make it?"

Time to play the comfort role, Wil needed one himself but no other was really around to offer it, but she could drive hopefully, and they'd get outta here, and he'd get 'em a room or something, and they could sleep like rocks.

"Yeah, yeah. Let's just go, okay?" She shouted, hoping she had heard him right. All she could really hear was an annoying buzz. Grasping his hand, she pulled him toward the swoop, which remained in perfect condition despite the events that had previously taken place. She smiled at the sight of it and hopped on. They needed shelter. Night was approaching quickly and the road ahead was far more dangerous at night.

"Jack can probably take us in for a day or two and I am going to need a drink after all this anyway." She stated, her voice still booming.

"Again, Wil. I am truly sorry about all of this.." She said, her voice lowered now to a whisper.

Wil Mienstrire
Nov 3rd, 2005, 06:48:23 PM
Wil had his eyes closed, his head against her back, he had barely heard anything she was saying now. His arms were wrapped around her waist and his hands were fitted into his sleeves so he wasn't having to try to hold on. He was really really really tired, like he'd never been this tired in his life. And whatever she had said was probably ok so he slightly nodded and made an agreeing noise from his throat before going silent again.

The feeling of the bike start to move was comforting and Wil stayed quiet for the entire ride, not trying to move as much as possible. It was really quite sometime before the swoop slowed and eventually stopped; Wil had been in a state of drowsiness and really had no orientation of where they were once he actually opened his eyes.

"So ummm... where are we?"

Daniella Tur'ilian
Nov 3rd, 2005, 07:00:45 PM
"We are currently outside of Andala's Inn and pub." She informed him, after parking the bike in a darkened alley around back. Sliding from the seat, she turned to Wil and surveyed him through glowing eyes. "Hey, man. You don't look so good..." She told him, resting a hand on his shoulder.

"Want me to go get Jack? I'm sure he could carry you up to a room if you'd like." She said, hoping he would either concede or start moving. He needed sleep, she told herself, and he would be fine. There wasn't anything wrong with him, she hoped. Save for the fact that he just slaughtered some man he had never met.

"Who the... Where the... Unnnnnh..."

Wil's face scrunched up, he had something like an uber migraine or something. His head hurt real bad, like someone had taken a hammer to it for a while. Wil started to get up but quickly sat back down again as he decided his own legs were not going to do much in the way of moving him about.

"Uhhh, yeah, get the guy. Ima' sleepy, ya know? But it's nothin', just been a long day..."

Wil leaned back and almost fell but for catching Dani by the arm and holding himself there.

"No joke, I'm like, fine..."

Daniella Tur'ilian

"Sure you are.." She murmured, patting his shoulder before entering the Inn establishment through the back door. It didn't take her long to find her obese acquaintance, Jack, the owner. He greeted her with a booming voice and crushing hug that left her wobbly when she was set back down on the ground.

"Dani, lass! You look like the dogs got to ye. Those government rags come to shake fists at you again? I'll have their heads I will..."

"Jack.."

"Why they been botherin' you since you were a wee kitten, gal. You should just rough 'em.."

"Jack........"

"Just a bit! No 'arm in teaching someone a lesson when they have it coming you know.."

"JACK!"

"Well, lass! You don't 'ave to bellow. I can hear ya just fine and dandy. What can I help you with?"

"I have a friend out back who is a little worse for wear. Can you help me carry him upstairs. My room is still available, right?"

He nodded and scurried out the back door, leaving her to walk up stairs into her reserved room. Opening the door, she wrinkled her nose at the stuffy air and moved to the window, opening it with a resounding clang.

More interesting noises filed into the room from the hallway as Jack stumbled in, Wil hoisted over his shoulder. The burly man could hardly fit through the doorway, so instead, he passed her a furtive glance.

"Where'd you like 'im?"

"Just hand him here, Jack. And thanks..." She said, opening up her arms. Wil, in sugar coated terms, was all but slung into her arms like a sack of potatoes by the humanoid Inn keeper, whom then nodded and departed.

Wil turned his head to look at her, making an attempt of a smile as he nudged her chin with his nose.

"I can't feel my footsies, lady."

His hand weakly ran along the length of her arm.

"That guy wasn't very gentle..."

Wil strained to kiss her neck but couldn't really make it. He tried to stand but didn't really make it there either. So he just slumped back into her arms.

"It... like, smells funny in here..."

She wasn't sure if he would be pleased if she giggled at him, so instead she remained quiet, offering him a chipper smile as she strained under his weight. Not that he weighed much.

"It does smell rather questionable, but I opened the window, so it should be fine before long." She commented while dragging him over to the average sized bed. She had to take this one step at a time, careful, calculated. She attempted to look behind her but too late! Her knees buckled as the edge of the bed collided with them. Tipping backward, she took Wil with her, he now laying sprawled atop her, his back against her chest.

"Well... that didn't work out.. quite as planned." She mumbled to herself while shrugging out from beneath him. Sitting on the edge of the bed, she gazed down at him. "Would you like anything, Wil? A beer maybe?" She asked, tilting her head.

"I just wanna.."

Wil mumbled something under his breath but he was already slipping into an uneasy slumber. His breathing was a bit raspy but otherwise regular. He was definitely asleep within moments but everyonce in a while, random muscles would twitch and his eyes would close together as if he were having a bad dream.

"I didn' mean to..."
