I'm not so sure on this, but my question is, are the humanoid races able to breed with each other? An example would be like a Zabrak and a Human paring. Would a Half-Zabrak be possible?

It is possible for them to mate - have sex - but in some cases mating is not possible as in have a child naturally. From some humanoids - say humand to Chiss - it may be possible, but we do not know with any certainty - that would have to depend on what the writer wants to do. That is at your discretion.

You can't have a half human half ewok.
I would guess the closer to a human in physical characteristics, the better the chances are of offspring being produced. However, you can breed donkeys and horses to get a mule, but the mule is sterile. I would guess that logically if a half-breed was produced it would have a high chance of being sterile.
Cizerack are one species who can breed with humans (in RPing) and have viable offspring. I think other people have RPed halfbreeds of various sorts, so BASICALLY you can do whatever the heck you want to.
