The beat was casual, yet still fast paced. Wil ran his tongue between his cheek and his teeth as he thought about that. It didn't make as much sense the second time around but he kept bobbing his head to the beat anyways. This place was a drag but the tunes were sweet deals.

Actually, as Wil has a most righteous epiphany, Bespin and all its floating cities was planet dragville. But the tunes and chicks were a smash to hear and a most worthy sight to see. This was fresh in his mind as a totally hot twi'lek waitress sauntered by. Frelly frell, frell frell, what a bodacious pair that one had.

But yeah, like he was thinking before. This place was a drag and it was cramping Wil's style. He'd been to four floating cities so far and they were all like those commercial shop-a-marts that never failed to appear on every Core World. They were exactly identical, meter by meter. Wil had even taken the time of interest to make sure he had the same awesome room in the same bargain hotel, different names, in three cities so far.

"Bartender... give me a drink, a real one this time, man."

The totally heinous looking dude behind the bar had served Wil some kind of cheap drink, completely fake. At first, Wil had been like, no way. And then the bartender had been like, way. Corellia had never had a problem serving hard drinks to a 16 year old. What was every Bespin bar thinking when they denied the most excellent of 17 year old's a hard drink? Did they think they were too sweet for him? He'd just have to totally flip out and show them what's what. Then again... the nasty man behind the bar slid him a drink and Wil shrugged it off. He'd flip out later, totally.

As he gulped down a sorry swallow of the worst beverage he'd had so far , he stared his own reflection down. White hair, a blessing from the father he never knew, went to his shoulders; pale skinned and pale blue eyes were not exactly the look every human babe in the sun was looking for either but it supposedly glowed godly like at those righteous raves Wil attended on a habitual basis. And then his black leathers, over coat, pants, and shirt tipped it off. And the twisted cross-like pendant, formerly owned by his dead mom, was wicked beyond compare.

He emptied the drink before swivelling around on the stool. Nasty man could stuff his cheap imitations for all Wil cared. The bar, as stated before, was a drag. Something had to happen eventually though.

"Go, and bring him back here. You'll know who he is when you find him."

Her brother wasn't usually so cryptic - he had been staying with her for nearly a week as he recovered from some kind of fight. He had instructed her on what to do - to dye her hair, where to find a transport, everything.

So she packed a bag, and now she was on Bespin, leaving the two boys in her apartment back on Coruscant. This was the first floating city she had come to, and she really had no idea what she was doing there.

Leiko settled down on a bar stool, and sighed. Why the frell was she here?! What had Ky gotten her into - showing up on her door, half-dead with some stranger. Now changing her appearance and sending her on some quest to find god-only knows...

A boy with shoulder length white hair whirled around on his stool, and she felt it. The same deep warm feeling, rising up from her gut into her chest. She felt her face flush slightly. So, this is what Kyashi had wanted - she instantly knew WHY he wanted this boy brought to him, but couldn't fathom HOW he knew. Somehow, he had a way of finding them, and it was beyond her abilities.

"So...this should be interesting," a grin passed over her lips as the boy spun back around. "Hi."

"Hi."

Wil turned with exaggerated momentum towards the female voice. Totally expecting a goddess robed in bodacious rays of light, Wil was only a little deterred when reality kicked in and left him with a babe and it felt like he totally knew she should be there. Some of the cooler things in life had been like that, that sweet feeling that they should just BE there. Last time this had happened, the chick before had thought he was like totally two years older or something and had almost taken him back to her pad. Wil hoped with excitement that this babe was much more tolerant of age; she had to be at least 20.

"Uh... hey there, lady."

Wil slightly turned his head to the side, brushing a hand through his hair and pushing it out of his face. He thought to buy her a drink but he could bet that nasty man still wouldn't serve a righteous chick like her the good stuff because he had already proven his stock to be most heinous.

"Lady..?" She repeated the word back to him, and burst out laughing. It was strangely flattering, but she hadn't expected to be called "Lady" of all things. She leaned on the counter, giving him a side-ways glance.

"Aren't you a little too young to be in a bar?"

Wil Mienstrire
Sep 15th, 2005, 03:38:16 PM
The laugh caught him totally off guard. Did she think he was a dork or something? No way. She was so hot and yet too cool to think that Mienstrire was a dork.

"Well, uhhhhhhhhh... No. I'm like 30, jeez. Can't you tell? But its ok, Lady, I dig bodacious babes."

Wil gave the heinous bartender half a smile; he could already tell the nasty dude was not about to offer a generous taste of a hard drink. So much for trying to get the hotty extrodinaire smashed.

"So... uhhhhhh... you staying here for business or pleasurable pleasure, Lady?"

Leiko Hatake
Sep 15th, 2005, 04:48:03 PM
"uh huh, sure you are."

It was all she could do not to roll her eyes - he was about her age, probably younger by how he was acting. This was the person she was supposed to bring back to Coruscant? A small sigh escaped her lips, and was replaced with a smile.

"I guess you could say both. Actually, I'm looking for someone.'

Wil Mienstrire
Sep 15th, 2005, 08:14:53 PM
"Like a soulmate? That's so righteous. I've been looking for one of those for like, my last three past lives."

Wil laughed at his own wittiness for a moment then checked to make sure if the chick was laughing as well. Before he gave himself a chance to lose the amazing confidence he had rolling though, he fired off another line.

"Looking for someone? Like who? Wait, don't tell me... he's got the most wicked hair style, whiter than the ice; his eyes are like so amazing that you couldn't resist him if you gazed into them for too long; and he's like, the most righteous dude you'll probably ever meet. And if I could continue a bit further, not only does he have exceptional taste in clothing, but his name is like, so cool that you'll never forget. Wil Mienstrire sound right to you?"

Oh yeah, he was so cool it wasn't even funny; not to mention, he just knew she'd say yes.

She was laughing, it just wasn't WITH him. His next line had her biting her tongue to keep from busting a gut at how ridiculous it was. But, it was partly true.

"Yes, it does. But, would Wil Mienstrire be cool enough to come home with me?" She leaned over, tucking a strand of his shock white hair behind his ear. "Because that's why I'm here, Wil."

Wil Mienstrire

Wil was in shock for a moment. Did he hear her melodious voice clearly? Had his charming wit come through as perfectly as he could ever wish for. It was like one of those, believe in it and all your wildest dreams will come true. So righteous. She did the hair thing and he felt his face get hot; not a time to blush, dude.

"No way..."

Wil took the chance with her leaning over to utilize his most awesome abilites of peripheral vision to see if he could catch a glance down her clothing, momentarily losing track of what she had said.

"Uhhhh... Where's home?"

Wil lapsed back into the excellent turn of events. She was a resident of Bespin, rock on. That whole rock the sky thing totally applied here.

Leiko Hatake

"Coruscant."

She let her finger trail down his face, tilting his chin up so that he was looking at her face, and not down her shirt. If he was paying attention, close attention, he would feel the slight twinge running up his spine as Leiko reached out with the Force.

"I'm sure a big strong man like you wouldn't mind accompanying a single girl home. The transports can be awfully scary when you're traveling alone."

Wil Mienstrire
Sep 15th, 2005, 10:06:34 PM
I'll accompany you straight to the bedroom, Lady.

Wil leaned forward, her touch upon his face sent shivers up his spine. It was not like goosebumps though, it was like... narley mental electricity, and Wil wanted more of it.

"Coruscant..."

She had better have one far out ride because Wil had sudden and apparent second thoughts of the cost.

"You already have a ride worked out, babe?"

Leiko Hatake
Sep 16th, 2005, 08:00:23 AM
"Mmmhmm. I have a transport all ready to go. You just have to say the word, and we'll be on our way."

Wil Mienstrire
Sep 16th, 2005, 08:40:05 AM
This was a most excellent oppurtunity. A kinky ride back to Coruscant, followed by nothing but an awesome time in the city of a planet that never sleeps. Wil had never been there before, but he had heard it was THE place to be at. Minus those most heinous Imperial dudes. But the nasty things he had heard were quickly pushed away by the image of the babe before him. This just felt so right, nothing could go wrong.

"Rock on, lemme get my stuff, its like, two stories up, already packed and all that cool jazz. You can come if you want, and we'll hit the exit from there, Lady?"

Wil was almost hyper now with an adrenaline rush. Oh yeah, he was pumped. He changed his mind about Bespin, one just had to wait a few days before the babes started flocking.

Leiko Hatake
Sep 16th, 2005, 09:36:13 PM
She kept up her smile. "Sure, let's get going."

Without really thinking about how he'd take it, she grabbed his hand and let him lead the way back to his room. It wasn't anything special, just a room over the bar. She stood by the doorway as she waited for him to get his things together. She fidgeted with her shirt, trying to make small talk.

"So, have you ever been to Coruscant before?"

Wil Mienstrire
Sep 16th, 2005, 10:14:42 PM
Whoa, her hand was like, so totally soft.

Wil stormed in the room and grabbed all the sweet little sample bottles of exotic drinks into his suit case. With that, he shuffled all the credit chips sitting on the desk and his two e-books. Those two and his datapad were his only possessions other than his simple wardrobe. Well, the wardrobe itself was insanely awesome, but he only had so much of it. Its cool though; Wil had so many bodacious credits that he couldn't remember just exactly if the total was six or five zeros behind it. Banking on six.

"Coruscant? Uh... yeah, I go there all the time. Ya know, excellent business. I'm not surprised that such an excellent lady as yourself hails from the planet that never sleeps."

Wil was so totally smooth. He'd never been to Coruscant in his life. Like, never ever. But as Mienstrire glanced to the door way, the babe was messing with her shirt and she was like, the image of female perfection. He figure he'd help her get that troublesome shirt off eventually.

Slamming the lid down on the suit case, the locks clicked themselves shut. Wil hefted it in his left hand and exited the room, taking her hand in his right as he led them to the elevator. He'd checked out and they were at the transports in no time.

"So, Lady, maybe this is a totally awkward question, but uhhh, what's your name? You, like, so knew my name before I had told you, ya know."

Leiko Hatake
Sep 19th, 2005, 05:43:10 PM
"Duh, because you told me?" She thought to herself as she entered the transport. It was large, carrying a lot of people from all over to the 'planet that never sleeps', as Wil had called it.

She found her seat, waiting for him to slide into the chair next to her before replying. "Well, you know how sometimes you get a feeling about things? I had a feeling that your name was Wil."

Gods, Kyashi was so much better at this mysterious Force-adept act. She wished he had bothered to coach her more on what she was supposed to say to Wil to get him to understand exactly what was going on.

"Do you ever get those feelings?"

Wil Mienstrire
Sep 19th, 2005, 07:56:00 PM
Yeah Lady, I've got a ton of totally sweet feelings about you.

"Well, uh... I'm not as bodacious as you obviously 'cuz I can't, like, ya know, just know somebody's name. I mean like, I could guess and be like, totally wrong."

L...

Wil was kind of thrown off that she still had yet to tell him her name. She was already getting into all that chat that babes had a tendency to get caught up in. He just had to wait it out and pick the most glorius moment to sweep her off her feet and away from all her heinous problems in a most excellent fashion.

E...

What the frell is that? Wil closes his eyes for moment as if the lights were bothering him. Le...? Maybe those horrible beverages had been hard drinks and they just tasted most dubious?

I...

"Woah."

Wil opened his eyes for a moment to see the world beat within his vision as if reality had a pulse, closing them quickly again.

K...

"I... mean... Lady, its not like..."

O...

"Your most glorious name is anything like Leiko or anything. Your skills are like, totally far out when it comes to guessing games."

The transport was taking off and the feeling was gone. Wil wiped the sweat from his brow in such a subtle fashion of moving his hair out of his face. Taking off had that effect everyonce in a while on Wil. He blamed it on not having a rocking package of gum to chew on. His ears were definitely gonna pop like balloons in a second or two.

Leiko Hatake
Sep 20th, 2005, 08:11:11 AM
"Well, my name is Leiko, so you must be better at guessing games then you thought."

She leaned closer to him, whispering into his ear. "See? Something told you that was my name, right?"

Wil Mienstrire
Sep 20th, 2005, 09:01:15 AM
Thoroughly freaked out now, he shifted in the seat to face her. What was she talking about?! The frantic dilemma was put to the side as Wil took a moment to admire her face at such a close distance. It wasn't too long though before his track of thought caught back up with him though.

"I think I, like, said Layla, not Leiko, ya know? But Leiko's your name? Thanks for the sweet priviledge of knowing your name, Lady."

Leiko Hatake
Sep 20th, 2005, 09:17:21 AM
She rolled her eyes, her act of "mysterious adept" dropping instantly.

"You said Leiko, you knew what my name was because the Force told you," she kept her voice low, but it was rushed with frustration. "You have a gift, and my idiot brother thinks you might have some use, so sit back and think about that for a bit. You are an adept, Wil. So am I. How do you think I found you, out of a whole planet full of people?"

Wil Mienstrire
Sep 20th, 2005, 09:52:37 AM
"Uhhh... registry? Duh."

Hurt from the sudden change in character and in a bit of shock from what she had just said, Wil crossed his arms and looked out the window. He HAD said Leiko... he had like, so totally spelled it out when the transport had been taking off. Maybe, like the pressure of the cabin increased enough to like, push his brain together better and he gained a moment of excellent clairovoyance.

Whatever...

A force adept? All Wil knew about them is that those most heinous dudes in the Empire totally hated force adepts with a passion. Like, force adept equaled dead person, they just weren't like, dead yet. It wasn't anything close to a totally sweet gift, it was like a curse and a sign in big letters saying 'totally waste on sight.' And her brother? What does her ignoramous sibling need with Wil?!

The rest of it was forgotten as the real conclusion of the situation hit Wil like a durasteel bat in the back of the head. He twisted around suddenly. Anyone in his given position would be just as loud as he was about to be,

"WHAT!? SO YOU NEVER WANTED TO LIKE, SLEEP WITH ME OR ANYTHING!? BOGUS!"
