Keeping track of prisoners and personnel on profile?

Should we start an archive or something keeping track of everyone the Inquisitoriate deals with? Its purpose would more or less keep an updated perspective on personnel. This would benefit the intelligence factor greatly as we need as much information as possible to better exploit the force adepts as they have taken to hiding and keeping low profiles.

A template would follow something like this...

kk, I would say anyone that is authorized and informed under the given template would be able to add to it. Should we keep it in the Inquisitoriate forum or does it belong somewhere else? As soon as this is understood, I'll go ahead and start up the actual archive thread...
