Lights flickered on and off from a single data controller. Red, then blue, then back to red again. The room was dark, save for the object that resided in the center of the room. The object that resided within the room was three feet wide, and seven feet long. There were hinges residing along one side of the elaborite coffin. Tapestries hung about the room, along with ancient artifacts of all types. The drapes were pulled together to block the light from penetrating the walls within.
Out of the darkness, a click was heard and the lights stopped flashing. The lid of the antique coffin creaked and moaned as it was forced to open. All was silent inside of the room. A thin pale hand griped the side of the coffin and a being rose from within the chamber that had held him for many years. The being opened his eyes and once again looked upon the room that had once been his study. Ambrose knew that he had been in a deep sleep for many years. The vampire was a weilder of the dark side of the force, and has used it on many occasions. The sith reached outward with his feelings, searching for other beings of his race that would reside within the castle. Nothing. Ambrose rose to his feet, clasped his intricate lightsaber to his belt, and putting his night colored robe on he gripped the handle of the the huge door that led outside into the main chambers. Twisting the handed until he heard a familiar click, he pushed the door outwards. The vampire stood in astonishment.
What once had been the shrine, now stood the ruins of what had once been. The walls and colums were blackened with fire. As he walked through what had once been his home, he moved broken pieces of wood and blackened metal out of his way. Ambrose could not believe his eyes. The sith knew his way around from his memories of the shrine that he had once knew. The Ancient Vampire walked through hallways, visions of the old shrine coming to life, then fading away, replaced with the charred walls that was his home. The Vampire heard something come from behind him, looking back he saw nothing, and went about his way. But that nothing that he saw, was something or someone who was paying very close attention to the Vampire. The person who was lurking in the shadows pulled a small object form his pocket. He flipped a switch and spoke into the com-link.
"Looks like we forgot one boys. This should be fun."
