Simple avatar request.

I have a new character in the works and would like to have an avatar for him when I start posting. Nothing fancy: just a square shape cut from the most appropriate segment of the following picture. I know it's a simple thing to do but I no longer have PS or any other graphics/picture editing program on my computer, which sucks.

Anyway, this is the picture I'd like to make the avatar from:
