Scott Peterson will eventually die by lethal injection at San Quentin (though he'll likely sit on death row for years).

Robert Blake was acquitted of the 2001 murder of his wife.

Can't say I'm tremendously surprised by either.

Me neither. Peterson's lawyer tried awfully hard to get his sentence overturned but failed. He was first sentenced to die about 3 months ago and it took this long to seal the deal.

Now the question is how long will he sit on death row and wait to die.

Cool, so does this mean we get back to the real news now?

Are you kidding, Charley? Now they'll just be free to devote more time to Michael Jackson.

Yeah that case is the big one now unfortunetly. It looks like Jackson will get off though. The case against him is horrible. I mean the mother of the accuser has been trying to con celebs for years. She tried to Con Jay Leno but he wised up to it, but she got thousands out of George Lopez. I will be glad when this case is over.

I'd say at least another 14, unfortunately. He's more likely to die of old age then an execution.

Agreed about Jackson getting aquitted. The mother of the accuser got no credibility. Celebrities like Jay Leno, Mike Tyson, George Lopez, Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey.. all of them been approached by her asking for money.

Then there is the problem of key witnesses being caught lying or describing events contradictory to what suggested on video footage. Its not first time the mother sues people for imprisonment or sexual harassment either. If I remember correctly, she has been caught on severall occasions for coaching the 15 year old for saying the things she want.

Michael Jackson with his eccentric and childlike naive behavior seems like a perfect target for these kind of allegations. Having said that, you will have a hard time finding a more bizarre fruitcake than Michael. Hardly a good rolemodel. Its very difficult to prove what happened and what did not happen.
