I was on TV!

That's right, I just saw myself on television! And, Andrew (Kale) was there, too!

Last year we went to a theme park in Ohio called Paramount's Kings Island, and rode a bunch of the rides there. Well, apparently some cameramen from the Travel Channel were there as well, because they caught me and Andrew walking away from Son of Beast, the world's largest and fastest wooden roller coaster, and it has a full loop, too.

Now, we weren't on for but more than a second or so, but it was enough for me to recognize myself in my The Cheat tee shirt, and I nearly fell out of my chair.

So, I'm excited, and pleased, and it feels darn cool to have been on television. Too bad they couldn't have used this picture of us:

I think the two of us and that girl, whoever she was, were the only ones on the train who knew where the cameras were. Just makes the picture all that much cooler.

I got in the movies myself (if you can consider a Trekkies documentary a movie....Trekkies 2, released last year), and someone mentioned they saw me and my family on TV about two years ago at Binion's Horseshoe in Las Vegas....during the World Series of Blackjack, or was it the World Series of Poker? I forget.

Coincidences like this *crack me up*--I mean, the man lives in Washington State, and the first, last, and only time he ever goes to King's Island, in Ohio, he gets snagged by a cameraman for the Travel Channel, a nationally-broadcast network. I swear you planned this, Mitch.
