EXCELLENT!!! I knew they were working on one, but I'd kinda forgotten. The trailer looks good.

Do you have the latest codec? I know that's what gave me probs in playing certain videos with WMP.

So, who here has seen the W & G movie?
I saw it today, and it's bloody briliant. No other way to describe it. Classic W & G, fun story, superb stop-motion animation, and great voice acting as well. Both adults and kids were laughing their posteriors off at it. And personally, I don't think I'll ever look at the phrase "may contain nuts" quite the same way again :D. It's terrific, and I have no doubts it will be the the movie to beat for best animated film at the Oscars next year.
If you're a Wallace & Gromit fan, see it! See it immediately!!! :) :) :)

I haven't seen it, but I really want to. I'm hoping I can get enough time to go see it, I've been really busy lately. W&G are awesome...

If you haven't heard, among the good news re: the W & G movie's performance at the US BO, there's been some sad news out of England...Aardman Animation's warehouse burned to the ground, and most of the company's history went up in flames:

well it could win but I think it will duke it out with Corpse's Bride. There were several critics that said that would win when it came out.

Aye, I read that a few days ago. Very sad to think of all the work those people did and the countless year's worth of props they built destroyed so quickly.

It'll be interesting to see...I did enjoy The Corpse's Bride, but I didn't think it was quite as good as The Nightmare Before Christmas. I enjoyed W & G much more :).

Thats cool, the only reason I think Corpse's bride will win is because the academy will want to award Burton but that is just my feeling. It will be hard to say, and will be an interesting battle.

Just saw it today - thought it was fantastic. :) My husband fell asleep towards the end however.
