The whole story is funny, but shouldn't have happened.

The way he makes jokes about it makes it seem like he doesn't really care much at all though.

Eh, it must be tough to have to go through life with dwarfism. I imagine getting drunk or cracking jokes about it might not be all that inexcusable.

Yeah but getting drunk and then getting behind the wheel of a car is inexcusable.

Besides, the guy is R2-D2. It's not exactly worth singing the blues over. Get a designated driver like the rest of us poor sods. And this is coming from a habitual drunk, even.
