Born to an Anzati and a Corellian, Pir’aka Pro’turr – or Parker Proctor, as he has come to call himself – was raised solely by his mother on her home world of Corellia. Though Parker very rarely saw his father, only meeting the man on a handful of occasions, he was none the less educated very thoroughly on the history of his Anzati heritage and by the time he reached his teenage years had developed a keen interest in history and politics. With his mother already working for the Corellian Government, Proctor already had a shoe in when it came to applying to work for the governments public relations department. A young man of considerable charm and charisma, Parker was the perfect candidate for acting as a liaison between the general public and government officials.
He rose quickly through the ranks to gain the position of Information Minister, overseeing such matters of freedom of speech and censorship within the media, whilst still acting as an ambassador of sorts, working hand-in-hand with both of Corellia’s prominent leaders – Prime Minister Rasha Villa and the Sith Mistress Lady Vader.Though he is by no means ashamed of his Anzat heritage, Parker has repeatedly shied away from the issue when questioned by the press. His personal life and past are largely a mystery to the population at large.
