"So this goes here....and this there," Kathrine said as she put two wires together. She used the Force to hold them together as she reached over for a small soddering tool. She used it to make the connections perfectly.

The Sithling looked up at the chrono on her wall and sighed. She was going to be late to her favorite club unless she hurried. Tonight there was supposed to be a dance competition and if she didn't make it there within an hour she would be able to enter and after getting back from her little training adventure with Southstar she was sure that she would win. She was more agile than most of the other competitors would be she knew and now that she could use the Force to enhance her physical attributes she was a shoe in for winning.

Before she went though she was determined to finish this confounded contraption. Southstar had given her the instructions to make her lightsaber and wanted it completed soon. From what she had heard it took a long time to complete one, but she was determined to have it done within the week. So for the first few days she had gone around the complex and picked up whatever she could find to use for the thing. The crystals had been the hardest things. She had looked for two whole days jsut for those and finally she had found a small jewelry shop in Coronet that sold the type of jewels she needed for the weapon. After a lot of haggling and some Force influence the shops owner had given her the jewels for free saying it was for a great cause.

Finally she had been able to start on the weapon. It had taken her about three hours for the past few days to get here and she wanted to finish now and get it done with. She connected a few more wires and finally the crystals. She looked back up at her chrono and smiled as she closed the case. She had twenty three minutes to get to the club. Plenty of time.

The young apprentice stood up and turned the lightsaber on. It's violet blade came out with a familiar snap-hiss. She smiled as the weapons glow covered her face. She went to deactivate the weapon and a millisecond before her finger touched the power control it cut off, but being so close she didn't really pay that much attention to it.

She threw the weapon on her bed and smiled as she ran into the fresher. Now it's time to relax and party, she thought as she took off her shirt and threw it in a corner of her room.
