moving, again

i don't know who, if anyone, this will affect, but just thought i'd post it up here nonetheless.

my dad recently got posted to qatar (in the middle east; very near saudi arabia and kuwait, for those who don't know) as ambassador, meaning, we have to leave bangladesh. my family will be leaving for doha during the third week of november or so, whereas i'll be staying back 'til sometime next year. this basically means that my computer will be packed up and shipped off fairly soon, maybe in a matter of days even, so my net time will be severely cut down. i don't know if or when i'll manage to acquire another computer for myself to last me the duration of my stay here, but i should still be able to come online every now and then from elsewhere in the meanwhile, though. i'm especially worried about my mom (for those of you who are aware of her condition), as the first few months are inevitably going to be very hard on her and the whole idea of being on a separate continent away from her leaves me feeling very ... well, helpless and afraid, in short. ah well.

so, yeah. wish me and my family luck and stuff, peoples.

no, i'm not really back yet, i'm still salvaging spare computer parts from various friends, but on the upside, my grandparents (who are somehow convinced that i'm a porn freak ! HOORAY FOR MY DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY

they'll prolly end up dead soon enough anyway, at the rate i'm going. :\ ah well.

the pregnancy thing was instigated by my maid (who worries a liiittle too much, if you can't tell). the suicide thing ... well, my grandparents tend to whine and rant to my maid because they're too scared to say anything to me directly. she in turn reports everything back to me so in order to shut them up, i asked her to tell them that i cry myself to sleep every night because they're so mean to me and that if they say anything even remotely negative to me again, i'mma go kill myself.

since then they've been surprisingly nice to me. huh, wonder why.
