The minimum 'YAY' votes needed in the applicants threads in the Sith Recruitment (http://www.swforums.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=121) forum is five before they can be considered for acceptance into TSO. (Some cases may be special requiring less votes depending on the circumstance. When those cases arrise, they will be dicussed in this forum.)

I've been looking for an answer and havent found it anywhere - you dont have to be an elder to give your approval or denial, right?

Or, in plain English, am I allowed to vote? Cuz Im not an elder.

Rasha used to be counted as a vote, and she wasn't an Elder. I think the only requirement is that you're a Knight.
