how to figure out your jedi name

If you don't know how to figure out your jedi name...i've heard from numerous sources that you take:


first 3 letters of first name, then a -
then the first 3 letters of your mother's name then a space
finally the first 3 letters of the month you were born in combined with the last 4 letters of your last name.:crack

Title First Part:

Title Last Part:
The last medication/supplement you used
