Any longstanding member for GJO can start a request thread. A moderator will sticky it. If you like someone's style in partitular you can, of course, request in their thread.

I was wandering if I made a request thread if It would get stickied. I've been around for a while and well though i don't post a lot, this character is/was a member of the GJO. If not, that's cool, I just wanted to ask before I made one.
